A WEEK LATER—

For the past week I hadn't seen Kendall and that sort of put my mind at rest, knowing that she wasn't there.

Even thought Kendall wasn't around, it's still been a hard time for me.
I've been sick none stop for the past 3 days and I honestly felt like shit.

Since I was feeling a little under the weather, I decided to go and hang out with Ethan but none of that worked and we just ended up hooking up again.

THE NEXT MORNING—

My eyes fluttered open and when I turned to the other side of the bed, Ethan wasn't there.
Huh?

There was a note left on his pillow and I picked it up.
"Grayson called me and said that he needed me at school, I'll be back in an hour for round 2 ;)" The note read and I tossed it to the side and laid back down.

The second I was about to go back to sleep, I got a text.
I grabbed my phone from the night stand and I saw that it was a message from Ethan.

ETHAN— I need you to meet me at school ASAP! It's an emergency

When I read the message, I thought that everything was okay at first because he said he'd only be an hour but what happened now?

ME— I'll be there in a few

I locked my phone and I went to go and get dressed.

The last bell of the day had already gone and people were leaving the building.
What was so important that I had to meet Ethan at school?

It was already getting dark because of daylight savings and the sun was setting.
When I went through the double doors, I saw all classrooms were empty.

Where the fuck is he?

I saw Allison in the hallway and I sprinted to her.
"Ally have you seen Ethan?" I asked impatiently.
She raised her eyebrow "Ethans already left with Grayson now."

Huh?
"That doesn't make any sense, he texted me saying that he needed me."

Just as I was about to leave the school, I got another text.

ETHAN— I'm in the library waiting for you

He's in the library?

I carried on walking ahead and Allison called my name but I just went straight to the library.

When I got there, I opened the door and I saw that nobody was in there.
"Hello?" My voice echoed throughout the library and you could hear my footsteps echo as I walked.

My back was turned and I heard high heels tapping.
Oh shit!

"You see how easy it is to steal Ethans phone and pretend to be him?" I heard Kendall say and I turned around and saw her standing with Ethans phone in her hand.

How the fuck does she have his phone?!

"Do you know where I've been?" She asked me and I shrugged.
"I've been hiding in plain sight, watching your every move so when you least expect it, I'd show up."
DAYUM she's so crazy.

"How did you get Ethans phone?" I asked.
"When you and Ethan were sleeping, I took his phone-"

"Then How did Grayson call him if he doesn't have a phone?"
Kendall scoffed "I used Grayson's to text his dealer phone. Didn't you know that he had a drug phone?" She said as she held up Grayson's phone.
