A Court Order?

THE NEXT DAY—
ETHANS P.O.V—

"Do you have any idea what you did by going to visit Yasmine?!" Yasmine's social worker shouted at me.
I knew everyone else would be against me seeing Yasmine but I didn't regret it one bit.

"He just went to go and see her, it didn't harm anyone-"
"But it did! Now that Ethan went to go and see her, he broke about four rules!" Marie Interrupted Grayson.

"I break rules all the time so it doesn't really bother me." I chuckled.
"What about court orders? Because if you fail to respect the rules then I will be getting a court order for you to stay a hundred feet away from Miss Cortez."
Maybe that's a deal breaker?

"Are you fucking threatening me?!" I slightly raised my voice as I got up from the couch.
"Maybe I am."

"Listen here you fucking bit-"
"Ethan, I think you should go home." Yasmine's Mom interrupted me and she stood in front of Marie.

"Weren't you the one who wanted to get her back?"
"Yes but arguing with her social worker will not help."
I sighed and looked at Grayson and he nodded.

"We have school now so we don't wanna be late." Grayson said.

Allison put her hand on my shoulder.
"I'll stay here and help Vanessa with the papers and when she gets them, I'll call you."
She pursed her lips and waited for a response.
"Alright fine." I said and I grabbed my backpack and headed out the door with Grayson.

Before I went out the door, I stopped and glared at Marie.
"You can kick yourself out." I rolled my eyes at her and I left before she could say anything else.

YASMINES P.O.V—

I woke up early in the morning and I heard something. It was Bethany packing all her things.

"Beth what are you doing?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes so I would wake up.
She smiled "I'm getting out of here."

"Why did you get into an argument with Mindy? Listen she is a bitch but-"
"No Yaz, I got custody of my daughter and I can finally live with her."
She has a daughter?!

"You're only sixteen, how do you have a kid?" I said shocked and she chuckled.
"It's a crazy ex boyfriend story, he only used me to keep him busy and in the end I was left on the street high and a few weeks later, a baby inside of me."
Where have I heard that before?

"He used me as-"
"His distraction." I finished what she was going to say.

"Yeah He did but don't worry, I'll be back to visit."
I finally came back to reality "Right."

"I don't need to worry about you anyways, he'll get you out."
I furrowed my eyebrows "Who?"

"That guy who came to the house."
Ethan?

"I have a good feeling about him and trust me...don't let him go." She smiled before picking up her bag and going out of the bedroom.

FLASHBACK—

"I have no one else." My voice cracked.

When I said that Zack looked at Ethan and then at me.
"You have Ethan, listen to me and don't let him go."

END OF FLASHBACK—

Don't let Ethan go
I kept telling myself.

I looked out the window and watched everyone else say goodbye to Bethany. She turned around before getting in the car and she waved goodbye to me. I waved back.

I put the curtains back into place and I laid down in my bed again. All of Bethany's things were gone and it felt kind of weird her not being here because even on my first day she was here.
But at least she's happy now, she's happy with her family.

I took my phone out of my jacket pocket because I knew that phones weren't aloud so I kept it hidden away. I turned on my phone and I saw so many messages from Ethan and Allison.

Ethan— Sorry about turning up like that yesterday. I hope you didn't get in trouble.

Ethan— Your stupid social worker doesn't mind her own business!

Ethan— Your Mom has a meeting with the other social workers and she might get the documents for today.

Today-

ME— That's good, you can text me later about it X

I went to Allison's message.

ALLY— I gave Ethan the address to the home you're staying in.

ALLY— Did you get into trouble with the care taker??

ALLY— Major news, Marie came to your moms house and she threatened Ethan to stay away from you or else she'll get a a court order!

When I saw that message my jaw dropped.
ME— WAIT WHAT?!

I knew this was going to happen, I knew Ethan would get into trouble by Marie.

~
ETHANS P.O.V—

3rd Period—

I decided to skip my third lesson so as I walked into the hallway, I heard heels tapping.
When I heard that sound, I rolled my eyes and sighed.

"What do you want Kendall?" I said without turning around.
"Wow you can recognise me without having to see me." She acted surprised.

I turned around and I was about to go back to class but she stopped me.
"Hold on." She put her hand on my chest and she moved it up to the side of my neck.

I was feeling really uncomfortable and I slapped away her hand viciously.
"Haven't changed a bit have you?" Kendall giggled.
"You don't know me." I mumbled under my breath so she couldn't hear me.

"Yasmine's gone so why are you on your own when you have me?"
As if!

As she was talking, I stopped in my tracks and turned to face her.
She almost bumped into me and she stood back.

"Get the fuck away from me Kendall! Last time you went running out of the school crying, you don't want that to happen again do you?" I gave a sinister smile and I watched Kendall storm away.
That's what I thought.

I opened the double doors and I started walking to the car park.
Just as I got my car keys out, I got a text.

It was from Allison.

Allison(Hoe)— The meeting went well and Yasmine's mom has the documents for her to come home.

ME— I'm on my way there now.

I quickly opened the car door and I drove out of the the car park as quick as I could.
She's coming home, she's really coming back....

In a few days I'll be on school break for two weeks so I'll have so much time to update more often.
