"Now, I know that we talked about a movie." Luke began, pulling his car out of my driveway. "But I have something better."

"Better than a movie?" I question, raising my eyebrows.

"Yes." He nods "Believe me."

I roll my eyes, not denying the smile threatening to spread onto my lips. He seemed so giddy today, like he was excited for anything and everything.

I wait patiently in the car, luke taking multiple turns to get to where he is wanting to take me.

"You're not going to kill me, right?" I question, squinting my eyes to try and see trough the darkness that covers the road.

"Yes, El. I'm going to murder you." He laughs, raising his eyebrows at me.

"It looks pretty shady, you have to admit." I laugh.

"Well, we are pretty much here." He says, pulling the car over to the side of the road.

"What do you mean?" I question.

"We have to walk the rest of the way." He smiles, opening his car door.

I follow, opening mine as well.

"Yeah, this still looks shady." I laugh, stepping over the numerous rocks covering the road.

"It's cool, I promise." He says, reaching out for my hand.

I hesitate, thinking of actual scenarios that could actually happen.

Then I remember that this is luke, and the worst luke would do is grip my hand alittle to tightly.

"Alright." I mumble, taking his hand, as he pulls me under his arm.

"You're going to like this." He says, smiling confidently.

"What even is out here?" I question, taking this time to look over the tree's, and the flowers poking up from the ground.

"There aren't any buildings, mostly nature and ponds and stuff."

"So what do you do out here?" I ask.

"You're full if questions, aren't you?" He laughs, shaking his head. "I don't really do anything. Just lay around. It's nice."

I nod, not knowing what else to say. It definetly makes me more curious that he just comes out here alone, because he could get hurt and he wouldn't have any way to contact anyone.

"We're almost there." He smiles, breaking me from my thoughts.

"How far away front the car is the place?"

"Only about ten minuets. Alright, no more questions. It will ruin the surprise." He says, letting go of my hand and walking behind me.

He reaches his hands over my eyes, walking me (very slowly) towards whatever he's so excited about.

After two minuets of walking blindly, luke stops.

"Are you ready?" He questions.

"Sure." I laugh, bringing my hands up to grab his. I pull them away, revealing something I never thought Would be so beuatiful.
