PART 13 - Second Chance?

RagLak went in their rooms and slept. Ayan wanted to sleep with his chachu so he was sleeping beside laksh. He was scared of darkness so laksh hid him in his arms and both of them slept peacefully.

After few hours,

Ragini is standing on a lonely road. A person comes and tries to stab knife in her stomach ,but before that laksh comes in front of her and as a result he gets stabbed.
Ragini - Bestieeeeee (shouting)
He falls on the ground. Ragini quickly sits and places his head in her lap caressing his face. She is crying vigorously.
Ragini - bestiee please get up...... Please don't do this to me....Bestieeeeee

And she got up with a jerk sweating and breathing heavily. She held her hair and closed her eyes realizing it was just a nightmare.

She opened her eyes and quickly ran to MM to check on laksh. Loosing him again was worst that could happen in her life. The thought itself sent shivers down her body. While she was running through the stairs of SM shekhar called her but she ignored not intentionally but she was so lost in her own thoughts or fears that she could not hear anyone else. She ignored everyone in MM also and ran straight to laksh's room but to her surprise only ayu was sleeping on the bed and laksh was no where to be seen. She checked the bathroom but he was not there too. Every single second was increasing her fear and her heart was racing. Without wasting anytime she ran downstairs

Ragini - Maa.... (calling Ap)

Ap - (coming from the kitchen) areee beta tum yaha itni subah?

Ragini - (ignoring the question) laksh kaha hai??

Ap - laksh toh subah jaldi hi nikal gaya... Kissi case se related kaam ke liye gaya hai.. But tumhe kya hua... Itna pasiinaa aa raha hai.... Tum theek toh ho ragini?? Ragini.....

This increased her fear to the top most level. Her heart was beating so fast that it could pump out anytime. As far as she knows he was just working on one case that was dangerous , so dangerous that his life was at stake. She placed her palm on her heart to control it. She didn't even hear what ap was asking

Swara - kya hua Ragini??? (concerned) why are you so scared?

She did not answer as she was busy with her own delimma.

Was he fine?

What if something happened to him?

Did he go all alone?

Where the hell did he just disappear?

Couldn't he inform me once?

What if my nightmare comes true?

NO!!!

How am I supposed to know ke he is fine?

I want to see him once and then only i will be at peace.....
