It had been almost two weeks since I found Anna in Luke's hotel room. As much as I wanted to punch that bastard in his face, I was shook by Anna's appearance. She looked like an exact replica of me. Broken.

Despite all of that, we had the most amazing night. She had laughed at me when I covered my face with a pillow to not watch the movie. We spent really good times with each other these past weeks. We were constantly cuddling and laughing or making out.

The only thing which worried me was that each day she woke up with a sharp pain- as what she described- in her head. She had even lost the energy to move or say something. She would just keep her eyes open and her jaw clenched until someone sees her all sweaty and immobile. She has to be provided with certain medicines and when the medicines make an effect on her, she becomes normal.

She says that her brain hurts a lot. That it feels like its going to explode any moment or catch fire or shatter into pieces like glass. After she is in a normal state she hugs me and tells me how much it hurts. It seems to hurt more and more day by day as she weeps and cries about the pain she is suffering.

On my side, I comfort her with the least words. I either say 'its okay' even when I know its not or simply 'shh'. I cant say its going to be all right because I am pretty sure it wont. I cant make false statements just to calm her down. She believes in my words even though she feels the pain eating her life away. She sometimes gets so weak that she cant even move or call out for someone to help her. She just collapses on the ground and waits till someone rescues her.

This morning she had woken up long before I had but she didnt have enough strength in herself to shake my to ask for help. She just lied there and looked up at the ceiling while her face grew red and sweat dripped down her forehead. She was sweating even in the air conditioning. Somehow after a long time she touched her hot fingers to my arm and I woke up.

She wanted to use the washroom. I helped her get up and carried her to the bathroom. As soon as we entered the bathroom she threw up. I held back her hair as she simply emptied her stomach. She started crying after that. Saying that her head was paining nore than ever. After a while she was okay and I told her to have a small nap.

"Harry?" I heard her small voice say.

"Yes, darling?" I peeped into the bedroom.

"Help me up."

I entered the room and held her arm while she sat up.

"Hurts." She said and laid her head on my chest.

"I know it does."

"Take me to the bathroom." She said weakly and I slid my arms down her knees and her neck and picked her up and carried her to the bathroom. I set her down near the toilet seat and held her hair back as she emptied her stomach.

She got up to gargle and wash her face. I stood by her the whole time. Once she was done she weakly slid down to th floor. I crouched down along with her.

"I am sorry." She said and tears welled up in her eyes.

"Anna." I sternly said.

"I am dying, Harry." She cried. 'The symptoms are here."

"I love you." I simply said and hugged her while she cried in my shoulder.

"Everything hurts."

"I am sorry." I said because I was at absolute loss of words. I didnt know what to say. I didnt know how to comfort her.

"Can you go meet Dr. Steve and get more if my medicines?"

"Of course, love." I withdrew from the hug. "Will you be okay on your own?"

She nodded. I picked her up and set her down on the bed. She closed her eyes and tried to get some rest.

I pulled on a shirt and jeans before running to my car and driving to the hospital. I knocked on the clinic door of Dr. Lutz before opening it. There was a lady sitting on the chair across his table and she was holding her head.

"Styles!" Dr. Lutz greeted me as I entered.

"Am I disturbing you?" I asked and looked at the lady again.

My eyes land on the lady's hand and I recognise the ring on her middle finger instantly.

A.

I furrow my eyebrow and try to remember where I have seen this ring before. The lady turns her face to look at me. Her sad expression turns into a confused one as she stares at my face. She then smiles nonetheless. Thats when it hits me.

Light bulb.

I start walking behind Dr. Steve and jog a little to catch up. He abrubtly stops in his tracks and eyes an old lady, moves closer to her and sits on his knees besides her chair. He rubs her knee comfortingly.

"I know its hard for you. But you cant." He almost mumbles but I hear him anyways.

I look up at the old lady. She nods at the doctor, her head hanging low. She softly smiles. She too slowly picks her head up and looks at me. She smiles. Does she know me? She doesnt look like one to listen to my music. But they say never judge a book by its cover. She is too beautiful to be this old. She has wrinkles all over her tan skin. She is wearing light make up and the tiniest bit of lipstick. She is wearing a light peach dress. She lifts her hand to wipe away a tear before it falls onto her cheeks. I notice a ring in her middle finger. It has a letter on it. A.

"No you're not." Dr. Lutz's voice snaps me out of my thought.

"Um, Anna needed more of her medicines." I mumble.

"I'll get 'em." He says getting up. "Have a seat, Styles."

I pull out a chair and take a seat besides the lady. Dr. Steve leaves the clinic and I start shaking my leg up and down while looking aroun in the clinic.

"Son," I hear a small voice. I snap my head towards the lady's direction and find her looking at me expectantly.

"Um?"

"Who is Anna?" She asks me.

"Oh. She is my wife."

"Where is she from?" She asks.

"Erm, Carolina." I answer.

"I am from Carolina too."

"Oh." I say. Our conversation ends there as Dr. Steve enters the clinic with a box of tablets. He sits on his chair and sorts out different tablets.

"I see you guys met already."

"Um, yeah." I scratched the back of my neck.

"Did you tell him your name?" Dr. Steve asked the lady.

"Oh, I am so sorry. I didnt." She gasped and then turned to see me. "Hello. I am Tiffany. Nice to meet you."

"Hello. Nice to meet you too." I said, confused.

"Harry." I heard Dr. Steve say and I looked at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"Yeah?"

"This is Anna's grandmother."
