Anna had said yes to the surgery. I didnt know what the surgery was all about. But I did know that it was painful and Anna would be given a huge dose of anaesthesia. And it may harm her. Hell, this whole surgery could harm her.

I just hoped that she would be okay and that she would remember me. It would really be bad if she woke up all fine and forgot me all together. It woukd just be like the time she lied to me that she had lost her memory.

Of course, I couldnt stay in the surgery room. I kissed her on the forehead and we said I love you to each other before I left the room. Dr. John had just arrived. He greeted me with a sad smile and said that he would try his best. He nodded and said that I trusted him.

I entered the waiting room and told the lads and their girls to go home and have some rest. Louis said that he would stay with me. We all agreed to that. They said that they'll all come over again after the surgery. I told my mum and Gemma to go home and have some rest too as they had cime here directly from the function. Now I was all alone in the waiting room. Louis had gone to the cafeteria to bring us some coffee.

I closed my eyes and leaning back in those metal chairs.

"Sweetie?" I called out.

"In here!" She shouted from our room.

I placed the burgers into the kitchen and went to the room. The was stood infront of the mirror, trying to put on her necklace. She looked at me from the mirror and huffed.

"Help me!" She begged.

I smiled and went near her. She moved her short hair to her right shoulder. I hooked up her necklace in one swift motion. I slide my index finger down the neck till her shoulder blade and saw the goosebumps rising on her skin. I leaned down and placed a tender kiss on her neck. I felt her visibly shudder. I looked into her eyes through the mirror. She was already staring back at me. A slow smirk grew on my face and I turned her around so that she was facing me.

"What are you doing?" She asks, out of breathe already.

"You are smart enough to know that, aren't you?" I smirk and slide my hands across her waist.

"We have to go, Styles. Your mum is waiting for us."

"She can wait a little more." I say and lean down to place a soft kiss on her lips. I pull away too quickly. Anna pouts a little and stands on her tiptoes to kiss me. She presses her lips hard on mine.

I start walking backwards and lead us to the bed. She pushes me back onto the bed and climbs on top of me. We both pull away to catch our breathes.

"We really need to go. Your mum needs us." She says, panting.

"But now my little friend needs you more." I pout looking down at my crotch.

"First of all, your friend isnt little. Secondly, I really think we should go soon. We'll just end up asleep after doing what you are thinking about in your nasty mind. Just take a quick cold shower." She sasses.

She gets off of me and walks to her closet to dress up. I get up off the bed and walk towards her. She doesnt notice my presence behind her until she feels my breathe on her neck. She swiftly turns around and takes in a shaky breathe at our close proximity.

"To be continued." I whisper.

"Harold!"

I jolt awake from my dream. I look around me to notice that I am still stuck in the waiting room. I see Louis with a coffee cup infront of me. I accept it and sit back properly.

"You were asleep." He states.

"Yeah? I didnt know that." I say, sarcastically.

Louis just laughs and shakes his head. We both then sit in silence and sip our coffee. There was something about Louis that really brought me close to him. We were the best of friends. He can be sassy and rude sometimes. But he is a really good person. Just like Anna. She is always sassy. She was never rude though. She is the best person I have ever met.

"Harry!" I hear Louis shout besides me.

"What?" I snap out of my trance.

"What world are you in?" He asks. "I asked if you want to get dinner soon so that we would be present here when the surgery is over."

"Yeah. Yeah, thats a great idea." I say absentmindedly.

He got up, signifying that we had to go just now. I got up after him and followed him to the cafeteria with just one thing in my mind.

I know I have been absent for over a month now. But believe me, I am seriously having some bad time rn. And I apologise for a short chapter. Surely the next few will be longer.
