I let go a deep sigh, just nod look back at Wero, "Sorry Amor." I lean over to his forehead he places his arms behind pushing my body closer to him, taking me all in.

"I'll see you soon." Just as I pushed my legs up to stand up he grabs my arm, "Do you love me?"

I let go of a small smirk as memories of younger us flash in my mind, "Claro."

I ran as quickly as possible inside my Texas home that I was soon going to end up saying goodbye, the closer I get to my home the dreadful I felt. I look back to see him one more time I notice he lets go of breath that he seemed to be holding in as he sits back to watch the movie that replayed at least three times.

Part of me wanted to run back into his arms, but I know what my job description is and at this point, I had no choice. I ran into my room as Perez prep my clothes to get ready, I storm into the shower and there was plenty of times we've seen each another naked there was no point to act even shy with each another. I let the water hit my face and my body as I took in the rose scent body wash. I didn't want to wash Wero musky scent off me; I tear up feeling empty once again. "Jeffa, we need to leave."

I jump out of the shower running to dress into clothing he picked out, quickly storm downstairs to only take a quick peek out the windows as Wero is picking up everything from our date I feel extremely guilty as I stand there as Perez grabs my arm, "He's a big boy, he can handle it."

He was right but my heart wanted nothing more but to be near.

We jump into the Suv as we make down to Old Church in this pueblo, "Father Tomas needs to speak to you."

The church isn't as far from my house once again I get interrupted, "That was nice." Perez spoke.

"Nice?" He takes my hand as he moves it closer to his face, "that you said yes even though you and I both know he won't last long by your side."
My blood boils at his remark as I shove away my hand from his face, "You know that you have to remain a Collins. If you marry the council must give an okay and he will have to be sworn in. I don't think he's cut out for this life."

I look away, he's right, his was sensitive, with strong ethics and morals and taking someone life will not sit well with him and his soul.

As we walk into the old style mission Catholic Church there stood Father Tomas in his black robe pacing in circles with worrisome written all over his face. "Gracey, I need your help." He is the only person that calls me Gracey I don't mind it since Frida has died in my mind and well I was okay with it.

"Que paso?" I ask as he held the rosary in his heads let the beads as he continue with quiet prayers. "Padre, tell me."

"Mija I looked up Roberta. Well, Roberta has turned out NOT to be a lovely woman. She found out you are back into town, she kidnap Sra.Montemayor from the Church in Nuevo Laredo."
I was listening to what he was saying but I was upset he knew where she was at after all the times I've asked. "Look mija, I didn't mean to lie but I thought I was keeping her safe. No one knew where she was at for a long time until I received a letter couple weeks back."
