*his perspective*
I didn't know what to think. I really had feelings devoted to her. But I had my girl friend.... I needed to break up with her so I could approach Molly. She meant the world to me right now I wanted to know her pain and secrets and be a shoulder for her to cry on. But she pushed me away. And worst of all I made her cry. I felt horrible I just wanted to run after her and hug her in my arms. But I couldn't do that.
It was now Sunday so I had a full day of nothing planned. I decided to take a walk. I went into the freezing shower and cleaned myself up. Put on some axe and then a under armer shirt with basket ball shorts. Pulling my black and red socks mid way up my calfs. Then tied my nike shoes. Rustling my hair I trudged up stairs.
"Hey mom I'm going for a run!" I screamed as I grabbed my head phones. Putting them in I listened to queen and the Beatles I was an old type of music guy, I always enjoyed the type of music from back in the seventies.
I ran outside the light hitting my skin. I jogged down the road and then made a turn and jogged past the dairy where I saw my starving love devoured gross food. I pushed my thoughts out and kept jogging. Singing the words in my head. I remembered the thought of her eyes tearing up as she spoke what she thought was true words to me and then one tear making it's way down her cheek with more to follow. I wanted to brush it away and hug her. Instead I let her run away.
I pushed the image out of my head and ran faster. I was in pretty good at running considering I did all the sports at our school besides volleyball and cheer.
I tried to get her out of my mind. When it dawned on me. I didn't know where I was. I was obviously on the crappy end of town the buildings where all run down. I slowed my jogging to a walk and looked around.
Then I saw.
I saw the sweatshirt. It was a Harvard sweat shirt the one she always wore every Friday and Monday and sometimes Wednesday. I couldn't believe it. Had I actually found her? Was this real.
She was laying on a porch swing listening to what looked like music considering her head phones where in. I could see her face peeking out from the hood. It was her alright. The chestnut hair peeked out.
Her eyes where shut and she looked so peaceful. Her lips automatically turned upwards into a smile. She was perfect. I didn't know what to do so like any stupid boy I took the stupid decision and came to approach her. I carefully stepped up the wooden porch. Trying for it not to creak. I carefully stepped and when I was half way to her the old wooden boards decided to creaked. she immidiatly got up. Her first response was to scream. But it's like she held it in when she saw it was me and she just had wide eyes now. She yanked out her head phones.
This wasn't a good idea.
