Chapter thirty seven

*mollys prospective*

Cassidy practically dragged me down the hall talking my ear off. When she tightened my grip on my arm I winced and pulled back a little. Her eyes shot to me full of worry and concern.

"What's wrong?" She then frowned in confusion

"Um my arm... Bruises." I cleared my throat and looked away.

She gave me a understanding look and continued to drag me down the hall way till we got to a small narrow wooden door with a crystal handle. Once in it, it looked like a normal teenage bedroom. I sat down on the bed and looked at her.

"So wanna tell me a bit bout yourself?"

"I like the color blue." I shrugged my shoulders.

"I meant like what's your story."

"Um it's depressing and long."

"I have time." She smiled at me.

"Well... Um I was born in idaho, my mom went out with this guy and he molested me..." I trailed off and looked away fidgeting with my fingers.

"And then at thirteen I lost my virginity to this boy I was like in love with. He barely remembers me because he was in a car crash and forgot a lot of his memory's.

"Well after that incident he didn't remember me so I became alone, my mom found out about the guy she had been seeing that he had been doing stuff to me... I um I remeber one memory that scares me half to death. But it's not important..." I looked at her with blury vision and bit my lip and looked away.

"Common tell me I won't betray you." She rubbed my back like a mother would.

"Um it was like a summer day I was out driving with him because I was learning how to. We came to his house and he said he couldn't control himself and almost raped me... But he stopped luckily since I told him about my attempt of suicide because of him."

"Oh" was all she could manage to say. She had tears in her eyes and her lip was quivering.

"No no no don't cry please I told you it'd be sad. Besides I'm not finished."

"Go on then." She wiped her cheeks

"Well then I moved to Tacoma and he was in jail I went to school. Had no friends, and basically studied everything related to school. Then when I began to get focused on school jasper moved up here. (The guy I lost my virginity to) and he didn't remember me and I barely remembered him. I had blocked him out so much that I forgot and plus he had now blonde hair and grew out of his black, and instead of straight it was curly. But his eyes where the same." I'm sure my smile was as big as a half moon.

"But he started to like me, and he had a girlfriend then he kissed me... And I mean it sent tingles everywhere. Then like I was in the alley way and looking for food because I was starving because me and my mum had no money to pass by. Well he found me and cared for me. Then next day I was doing the same thing in the alley and then I saw Lynn. The man that touched me... And then he beat me. Jasper showed up and saved me. I went to his house and told his parents everything and they say that they'd protect me and my mum. When I went back to tell my mum she was beaten and a message was wrote on the wall I her blood. I then I went with him because he said he'd leave everyone alone if he had me. So I surrendered I've been getting beat ever since and raped. And then he was drunk, taking me to his cabin and he got in a car wreck. I escaped but he was still unconscious. I went to a local bar to call someone to help but they thought I was a prostitute and kicked me out. Then a drunken man came and raped me. I ran and then I came to your barn and I sorta started my period..." I trails off. I looked at her and she was sobbing.

"I'm sorry it's just so sad."

"Um can I have a pad?" I asked she nodded and quickly got up. I went and did everything and then came back.

"We need to get you cleaned up."

I nodded and sat down on the bed, she pulled out a summer dress, with yellow sunflowers spreading out through the white fabric. There wasn't much she could do wht my hair considering it was all chopped off. So she cleaned the dry blood off my body and I walked out.

She took me back to the dining room where the family was sitting around. Greg, Bruce, except Mary was washing dishes. When the old floor board creaked everyone's panicked eyes snapped to me. Gergs eyes gentled down a bit and he stood up gently taking me by the arm and bringing me to the table. Once I sat Cassidy sat next to me. It was all silent and then Mary slapped down her wash rag. She turned to me with hands on her hips.

"If your living here I need to know your saine and not some phyco killer!" She glared at me and Greg stood up.

"Mary! How dare you!"

"Excuse me if I may state one thing." I stood up and looked at the two.

"What?" Mary snapped

"I do not wish to stay here. I wish to go home to my house and sooth everyone that's looking for me and solve my own kidnapping case, and see my boyfriend back home and my mother that is in the hospital." Mary gasped at this.

"All I ask is a phone."

My eyes where blurry but I just kept on looking into those shock filled eyes of Mary.

Then they went back to her old self.

"Well you can't call here, the only phone in this old town is at the old pub and that's a ways away."

"I can't go there..."

"And why not?"

"They thought I was a prostitute and kicked me out.. Plus I have no money." With that I got up and went back to the room. I heard some talking and crying so I'm assuming they are talking about me.

When Cassidy came in she had puffy eyes indicating that she was crying.

"What did you tell them?"

"Everything you told me..."

She rummaged through her bed side table and pulled out seventy five cents and put it in my hand.

"Tonight go, go to the pub. Call him or whoever will save you tell them where you are. And they will save you then come back and go to sleep in the barn. Wait for them and then you have to keep in contact with me" She took my arm and wrote down her address. She gave me a hope filled smile then we stayed in the bedroom chatting.

When night fell I got up and snuck out the window and ran off through the pitch black night.
