Poor Alberta, she looked completely floored, at all of this new information. But, I continued. "But in my timeline, after Roza took the black magic from Lissa. Lissa never even asked Roza if she was alright. She never checked on my Roza, to see if she needed anything. She never even considered  it, she acted as though nothing had ever happened. After everything that Roza has gone through and done for that ungrateful little..." Clenching my fists and jaws I tried to rein in my temper and my vocabulary.

"Anyway, Lissa never even gave a thought or a concern as to how her dark magic and the attack, may have affected my Roza. Even after I was turned in the caves, she never even attempted to check on my Roza. She was too busy having sex with Christian Ozera too care about what Roza was going through. Christian, Eddie who had been one of the captives in the caves, Adrian Ivashkov and Mia Rinaldi all made the time to try and check on my Roza. But Lissa never even tried. She just didn't care anything about my Roza, unless and until it affected her, as usual."

I was fuming, and my hands were trembling with rage as I remembered Roza telling me about this. All the things that my Roza had gone through and done for Lissa. And never once  had that hateful ungrateful little suka even consider checking on my Roza. She is so fucking lucky that she is where she is right now, and that I can't get my hands around her scrawny neck. (bitch)

"Are you saying that Lissa is ignoring, mistreating and taking advantage of Rose?"

I nodded. "She has been since the crash, and it's just gotten worse since I brought them back to the academy. Going by what Roza told me, the two years while they were away Lissa used my Roza as everything from a servant and a bodyguard, to her own personal feeder. And Lissa's treatment of Roza will continue to get worse and worse until... well I can't tell you that yet I'm sorry."

"No, no like I said only tell me what you can. I don't want to accidently put Rose, or anyone else, in any unnecessary danger."

I nodded.

"Like I said there will be an attack on the academy two weeks before Roza's eighteenth birthday. In my timeline a lot of people got killed, almost a hundred people and over another twenty were taken. If I can get Roza's powers and fighting skills up to where they should be by then then there will be a lot less casualties, and no taken this time around. But for reasons that I can't say yet, we have to let the attack happen. And as I also previously stated, in my timeline, I was turned on the rescue mission. On Roza's eighteenth birthday she dropped out of the academy to come find me. Because of a promise that we made to each other. And because she came after me at one point she had to get the ghosts to attack me. Which is how I know for sure that ghosts are real, and they have a deep seated hatred for the strigoi. As my Roza was about to walk out of the gates of the academy, Lissa tried to compel my love, to keep her from leaving."

Alberta looked absolutely flabbergasted at the gall that vindictive little suka had in attempting to try to compel my soul mate. And I didn't blame her. That's how I'd felt when Roza told me about what happened, and I was a strigoi at the time.

I had been so furious that I had wanted to come back to the academy and just rip Lissa's head from her fucking body and use it as a soccer or volley ball.

"Lissa told Roza that she had no business loving anyone but her, that she was unworthy of love. That since she was just a stupid filthy dhampir, that no one could or ever would love her. That Roza was supposed to only do what she was told, by Lissa. She also said that Roza was only supposed to eat, sleep, live and die to protect her. Lissa told Roza that the only reason she was born was because she was bred to die for Lissa. She said, that is what all dhampir are bred for, that protecting the royals, is one of the two sole purposes of the dhampir. The other is to be used as bed warmers and brood mares. That we have no right to our own lives or loves, that we owe our lives to the royals. According to Lissa, the dhampir do not deserve anything but what the royals see fit to grant them. Even if that is scraps of food scrapped from the table and onto the floor, then that is all the food that we deserve. Lissa told Roza that the academy spoils the dhampir by giving them far more  than what they deserve. That we are given far too many luxuries, that we don't deserve. She also told Roza that if she left that as far as she was concerned, Roza was dead to her. And without having to relive what happened after she left I will just say, that she did find me. And eventually she also found a way to restore strigoi to their former selves. As you can see."
