SINCE FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER MY UPDATE FOR THIS STORY, ON CHRISTMAS DAY, DID NOT ACTUALLY UPDATE. I AM GOING TO TRY AGAIN TO POST IT AND JUST PRAY THAT IT WORKS THIS TIME.

"Yes, as are you. The Badica's, the Ivashkov's, the Conta's and the Szelsky's are the only royal families to recognize three generations out of their dhampir relatives as royals to their line. The Dragomir's used to until the crash. That is another thing that Lissa has changed with the Dragomir line." Bless her heart she looked sad when she thought about Lissa.

Trying to take her mind off Lissa she asked me a question. "So even though your father is a piece of shit you are still a royal. And because of who my father is I am also a royal?"

"Yes technically, we are both royals."

"So if we were to ever get married then we would have a royal wedding?" She asked shyly eyes lowered.

I smiled, because I was beyond thrilled about her question. Tucking a finger under her chin I brought her eyes back up to mine. "Yes, my love. When we get married, we will have a massive royal wedding."

She giggled. "You said when."

I smiled at her before saying, "yes, I did."

Shyly she looked up at me through her lashes before asking. "So you want to marry me?"

"Of course I do, milaya. I did say that we would be together until death do us part. Did I not?"

She blushed, "yes you did."

"Would you like to talk more about our wedding or would you like to talk about what we started talking about?"

"Well, I want to hear more about this amazing wedding. But I know that we need to continue with our original conversation."

"How about one night soon, after dinner, we talk more about our wedding?"

"Yes, I'd like that very much." I lifted my hand and caressed her cheek.

"So would I my love, so would I. And if that is what you want then that is what you shall have. Always."

"I love you so much, Mitya. So very much."

"I love you too baby, more than I have the words to express to you."

We stared into each other's eyes for a while before we picked our original conversation back up.

"Now, as I said I met your father today. Now that he knows who was behind the threats against you and your family he is going to deal with the problem. Do you remember me telling you that my babushka has visions?" God I hated lying to her, but for now I really had no choice.

"Yes."

"Ok. I know somethings about our future, as well as your past. Some I can tell you now but there are some other things that I can't tell you. At least not yet."

"Just tell me what you can right now. I trust that you will tell me what I need to know when I need to know it."

She trusted me so much that it truly shocked me sometimes. It's like whatever I told her was written in stone and it was never to be called into question.

Her trust and belief in me would never cease to amaze me, it was truly staggering sometimes. It's just one of the reasons, that I hated lying to her so much. Because her trust in me ran so deep and I never wanted her to think. That I would lie to her if I didn't have to.

"Ok, and when I can tell you more I will." She nodded. "Alright, I will start as close to the beginning as I can." She settled herself in my lap again with her head on my shoulder.
