Roza didn't say a word she just nodded against my chest. I could see the pain in Alberta's eyes, she loved my wife like her own daughter. Which meant that the pain that Roza was in was causing Alberta pain as well, just as it was me. When someone you love is in pain, no matter what kind of pain that is, some of that pain was also felt by you and the other people that loved them.

"Do you want a driver Dimitri, or would you rather it just be the two of you?"

Before I could answer Roza tightened her arms around me exponentially.

"Don't leave me Mitya."

"I won't baby."

Looking at Alberta I said, "I think a driver would be best."

"All right, I will get Yuri, Emil and Celeste to take you to a hotel. They will stay at the hotel with you, not in the same room of course. I know that the two of you are going to need your privacy. But if you need anything you just let them know and they will get it for you. I will get Celeste to go shopping and get the both of you some clothes. Be sure to order anything that you want from room service and the academy will pick up the tab."

"Thank you, Alberta."

Alberta ran a hand down my Roza's hair motherly. "Of course, you just take care of my girl."

"Always and forever."

Once we decided what hotel to stay in. We then had to figure out a way to get Roza to the room, through the crowded lobby, without all of those humans seeing her. Because even though she was still the most beautiful woman in the world, she looked like she'd been through hell.

Her hair was all matted together filled with dust, dirt, grim and blood. And all of the blood wasn't hers either, although some of it most definitely was.

"Ok, how are we going to get Rose to the room without causing a scene?" Yuri asked.

"How about this? You and I will go get three rooms, while we are inside we will go to the gift shop and get a blanket to wrap her in and all of us some pajamas. After that you and Emil scope out and find the most direct and least crowded path to our rooms." Celeste said.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Emil said.

"All right, CeCe let's go."

"Don't call me that. Only Rose gets to call me that, and you know it." She gently growled at Yuri.

"I apologize. Since you've chastised me in front of everyone are you ready now?" Yuri teased Celeste.

"Yep. My job is done for now." The three of them chuckled.

I knew they were acting silly trying to make my love feel better and I could tell that she knew it too.

"Thank you, guys, for all of your help." My love whispered.

"Rose, we have watched you grow up and all three of us care very deeply about you. And if there is anything that we can do to help you in anyway we will. We know what you're feeling, we've all had to kill too." Emil told my Roza.

"Have any of you had to kill a human or six?"

"No." Yuri and Emil answered but Celeste stayed quiet.

"CeCe?"

"Yes, I have."

Roza reached out and grasped Celeste's hand and squeezed it. At least someone would know how she felt having to kill humans. Thankfully she had someone close to her that she could talk to about that, someone who had been through it before. But even if she had a hundred people that she could talk to about it, I would still be there for her whenever she needed me.
