Annie steps out of the bathroom looking like the goddess I'd first clapped eyes on three years ago, she looks fierce and beautiful.
Hannah sucks in a breath in surprise beside me

"Hey Hannah"

My lioness of a girl greets her simply and I step back, taking a seat on the bed ready to protect Annie should Hannah turn on her.

"Marshall what's going on?"

she looks at me bewildered by the sight of Annie and Vi emerging from the bathroom.

"I think you know my girl, don't you Hannah!" I smile smugly at her.

She looks back and forth between us, she knows she's been played but she still wants to play the victim

"You might not be able to hold her over me Marshall but I'll still go to the press about the drugs and you being a cheating bastard" she looks at me sneering, her beautiful face twisted and suddenly looks really ugly to me.

"I don't know why you even stay with him Annie, I mean he's just about ok in the sack but he's nothing special!"

She laughs in my face and Vi takes a seat next to me on the bed and clasping my hands between hers, I feel humiliated my cheeks and neck grow red with embarrassment and as well I might I deserve it.

She takes a step towards Hannah and smiles sweetly at her

"Ok does it for me Hannah, I'm easily pleased!"

It's a dig both at me and her and it cuts me deeply to think that Annie thinks that way, sex has always been fantastic between us and I thought she enjoyed it as much as I did, but I've never asked her and now my insecurities make me want to get rid of all of them and ask her.

She rolls her eyes at me

"Did you come here for him or money?" She asks her.

I'm actually intrigued now by her motivation

"I saw in the paper that it was touch and go whether you'd survive or not after the baby thing, I was hoping by time I got here that you'd be long gone so I could move in on your life, but you fucked that up by living. My next plan was just to try and get it on with him and away from you, that was easier than it should have been Annie, I wanted to ruin you and now I have!"

She sits back in her chair gloating at Annie, she's nervous though because she's picking at the material of the chair, "I'm sorry I disappointed you!" Annie says sweetly and she reminds me of a smiling assassin, she's never looked so hot.

Hannah shrugs her shoulders and feigns a bored look on her face

"You took advantage of him knowing how traumatised he was"

"Yeah I did, but he still had a choice, he could have turned me down"

She makes a valid point there

"Yeah I know but don't worry Hannah because like you he's going to pay for his mistake"

My head snaps up and in her direction, I can't lose her! Violet looks at her in confusion.

"So I'm going to ask you once and once only Hannah, is it money your after? If you answer no, you'll get none so think about your answer carefully!"

Hannah stands up and begins pacing the room, her delicate fingers grabbing at a non existent necklace around her neck and then chewing her finger nails, she looks worried and keeps sighing. She clearly doesn't want to expose herself to Annie but fights with the fact she really doesn't have a choice.

"I need money Annie, I'm in a spot of bother with the police!" She spews out quickly.

I get up and stand behind Annie
