-Rainiest Funeral-

Emma woke up that morning like any other morning. Yesterday news had broke out how Norman Osborn committed suicide in his own prison cell. His wife had decided to make arrangements to have the funeral the next day, in order to begin to heal.

No one went to school that morning. It seemed as if the school knew some students needed time to heal. This had been quite an eventful year.

Emma walked into her bathroom, looking in the mirror and then glanced up to see a familiar scar on her forehead. A scar that'll be with her forever.

Sighing Emma looks from her reflection to the sink, "This is going to be a long day."

As Emma was leaving her apartment building, while being accompanied by Happy and her legal adopted parents. She wasn't surprised to see so many news vans and reporters outside the building trying to get a comment from them.

"Mr Stark as an Avenger, did you know Norman Osborn was the Green Goblin?" One reporter asked.

"Are you planning on buying Oscorp since the new CEO is likely to sink the business?" Another reporter asks.

"Are you happy that the man responsible for sending your partner and adopted daughter to the hospital is dead?" A third one asks.

Tony did not reply. He just gestured his ladies into the car before getting in behind them, at this point Happy was at the driver side.

When the two men were inside, Happy began driving away from the building. Emma glanced back to see the reporters running to their vans, and then she saw the rain coming down.

"Perfect weather for a funeral," She mutters to herself in somber.

Emma crossed her arms on her chest, frowning. She glanced over to see her adopted parents, Tony had his hand rest on Pepper's belly. The two sharing smiles.

"How's the uh- baby?" Emma asks.

Pepper turns to her, "You mean your future brother or sister?"

Emma seemed a bit confused by that, "Uh- um yeah?"

Tony held a smile, "The check up was fine. Baby is healthy."

Pepper had a smile as well, "Next appointment the doctor is going to reveal the gender." She said.

Emma had a soft smile, "Really?" She says, "Any names picked out?"

Pepper glanced at Tony then to Emma, "Well if the baby is a girl, we were considering naming her Maria. After Tony's mother." She says with a smile.

Emma smiles, "That's sweet." She says, "And if the baby is a boy?"

Tony chuckles, "I suggested just naming him after me, but Pepper said no." He says.
