Sometimes all you have to do is stop and breathe. Don't push yourself into something you don't want to do or be. Just breathe.
Sometimes you lose people who you thought were going to be in your life forever, who you told everything too, but it doesn't happen that way all the time. You learn who is real and who is fake. Time just tells you that because you don't know it until later in life until you open your eyes. So just breathe. Stop what your doing and breathe.
If you're having a bad day, stop and breathe.
If your having a rough time at work, stop and breathe.
It could be anything, just stop and breathe just for a moment because time doesn't stop. Time keeps going.
All I know is that you will get by. You will succeed. You will learn.
Not everything is gonna easy, handed down to you, or as light as a feather. You will have to work for it, use your strength but don't forget to just breathe.
There's times where I don't realize that I stop breathing because I'm nervous, anxious, overthinking, overly happy, or even sad, mad, tired, or hurt. I think it happens to everyone. Once in their life time, they stopped breathing for just a second. But within that second, a lot couldn't happened. Maybe you didn't pass your test, maybe you forgot to wish for something when you blew out those candles on your birthday, or just maybe, just maybe you stopped breathing because you had no idea what you were doing. That's okay. All reasons to stop breathing is okay.
All you have to do is remind yourself to take a second and relax. Breathe. Smile. Be happy.
Just breathe when you think you love a person.
Just breathe when your about to jump into the deep end.
Just breathe when you're walking down that aisle.
Just breath.
Breathing helps you get by. So make sure you breathe through everything your doing and don't stop.
Promise yourself that. That from this day forward, you will continue to breathe and if you stop, remember why you need to breathe.
Life is worth living. Breathing is worth that breath you take when you wake up and when you go to sleep. Don't forget that.
