Chapter 22

I just sat in bed for a while reading a book that was in the room. I was waiting for those clothes to dry. I look out the window to see Axel walking towards the house was he done for today. Time for fun. I grab his boxers take of my leggings and slide it to his boxers which were super comfy and peeled of the long sleeve throwing his shirt back on I was dressed in his close I laugh a little.

I hear the front door open I run to the door turn out the lights and hide.

" Axel! help! " I yell from my spot trying to sound pathetic.

Seconds later he bust through the door he looked scared out of his mind poor thing I didn't me to make him feel this way. I run out from my hiding spot and hop on to him.

" You scares me to death " he says one hand brushing hair behind my ear the other under my thigh keeping me up. My arms were wrapped around his neck with my legs on either side of his body.

" I'm sorry babe " I say whispering in his ear lightly licking his ear lobe.

" I love you Riley " he says in my ear low and slow.

I was so close to his body I could hear his heart beat it was better then any sound I put my head in his chest. He sets me back down to the ground but I stay in his arms I don't think I can go through with this I've put him through enough today.

" Can you like snuggle with me forever" I say laughing lightly in his arms.

" I love your laugh " he says holding me tighter.

I pull away from our embarrass grab his hand and pull him to my bed. He lays down and I lye next to him resting my head on his chest. One hand on his chest rubbing him softly.

" Hey Axel " I ask smiling a little at what I was about to say.

" Yeah " he says looking down at me.

" I like your boxers " I say smirking at him his face gets red as he slides back.

" Your wearing my boxers?" he says not serious but seriously then rolls his eyes.

" Do you not want me to?" I say getting up and slowly sliding them off I kick them up in the air.

" Axel" I say holding the out showing the waist band with his name printed on it.

His face turns a hole new shade of red I just laugh at how cute he looks and hop on to of him straddling him.

" Don't be sad " I say in a pouty voice. I lean forward and kiss him on the forehead.

" My mom did it " he says finally speaking.

" We'll I love it and I love you Axel " saying his name extra slow moving closer to his face. He puts his head up to meet me for a kiss it kiss him back pushing him down. We continue to kiss as he starts sliding his hand up my shirt his hands so warm on my body.

" Riley, Axel the...." yells Sam running into my room.

" Sorry " he says blushing.

" But Brice is hurt "

" What?! " I yell hoping off Axel and running out of the room. I'm in my underwear but I don't care I just ran with Sam all of the sudden it got me. Exhaustion I can't breath my throat feels like it's closing I start wobbling Axel wraps an arm around my waist steadying me.

" Hey your going to be fine just breath " he says looking at me in the eyes he gets blurry but I shake it off and he drags me the rest of the way to the barn were Brice lay on the ground with my grandma next to him. He's breathing weird.

" Riley " he says putting a hand out.

I run to his side sliding on the ground out of breath my eyes feeling fuzzy.

" What's wrong? " I ask looking to my grandma.

" He got kicked by a horse broke a few ribs maybe even puncher a lung " she says looking down at him.

" Your going to be fine " I say brush back his hair looking in to his sparkling blue eyes.

" Take care of them for me " he says coughing and a tear falls from his eye.

" No your staying here " I say looking at him I start crying looking at him as his eyes start fluttering.

" No no no you can't go " I say holding his hand crying.

" What do we do? " I ask panic in my eyes to my grandma to lead us through this.

" Boys carefully get him to a bed room and lay him flat " they pick him up carefully Axel Sam and Allen as Isaac runs along side opening the doors.

" I don't have everything I need for him here were going to need some supply's" she says looking almost desperate.

" Ok I'll go " I say walking back to the house.

" Your in no condition to go you have been working yourself to much today go lie down I'll get the boy to go do it " she says smiling slightly rubbing my arm.

I go up to Dametre Willow and Sky all crying off to the side.

" He's going to be just fine let's just give them some space right now for him to get better " I say wiping the tears and smiling well trying I pull them all in for a hug. We all walk in together and I bring them into my room to play cards help the stay distracted.

A few minutes later Axel walks in I put my cards down and stand up.

" Allen and I are going " I hug him tightly he does the same.

" If I don't come back... " I cut him off with a kiss.

" Shut up your coming back " I say seriously I kiss him again before he pulls away.

" I love you " he says giving me one last kiss on the forehead.

" I love you too " I say savoring every moment with him.
