Chapter 10

I ran into the bathroom and locked the door I slide to the floor. I felt in raged but I felt more powerful and less weak but his kiss began to weaken me the more I thought about it. I hear banging on the door.

'Bang' 'bang' " Riley open up talk to me " he pleads through the door.

" Go away " I say in a pissed off voice.

" Don't be like that "

" Like what you keep freak'n asking me that this is just me "

" I'm sorry please I.. I just want to talk " he sounds censer. I get up and unlock the door planning to run away but he come pushing through wrapping his arms around me squeezing me tight.

" I'm sorry for being such a douche telling you to take your clothes off I didn't mean too "

" I'm not and you shouldn't be " I say rolling my eyes.

" But I am " he says now realizing me and putting his hands on my shoulders.

" Whatever.." I hear a scream down stars sounds like Sky. I push him off strongly and run as fast as I can down stairs.

" Sky! " I yell as I run. I see her standing their punching Jake over and over again while she's covered in nasty old milk.

" Stop! " I yell pulling her off of him.

" What the hell is going on?!?" Axel yells running in after me.

" That little ass-face dumps milk on me!" she yells.

" Watch you mouth!" I yell at her.

" Yeah watch you mouth Jake says back mockingly.

" Why you lil..." She mumbles jumping at him as I pull her back.

" Come on let go upstairs and get you cleaned up ". I say walking her upstairs. We get to the bathroom up stairs.

" I really hate him " she huffs.

" I'll go get you some clothes you got shower stinky " I say pushing her in to the bathroom. I grab her clothes and grab a towel from the closet and KNOCK on the door.

" Hey can I come in? " I ask her through the door.

" Yeah I'm in the shower " she says yelling.

" Here's your clothes " I say walking in and setting everything on the toilet seat and and she sticks her hand out holding the wet clothes.

" I rinsed them in the shower " she says dropping then in to my hand.

" Thanks " I say leaving the bathroom heading for out room. I walk in and walk fast out on to the balcony and shut the door a little to sternly than I meant and hung the clothes over the railing.

I walk back over to the door which was locked from the inside.

" Damn it! " I curse and start to bang on the glass. It was cold out her what the hell were was every one at. I continue to bang on the glass. I guess I'll just wait till Sky comes out of the bathroom I take a seat on one of the plastic chairs an wait. I need to go back to our house to see if my mom and dad were there or if not leave a note for them.

20 minutes pass by there's no sign of Sky it's super cold and I'm only wearing my pajamas I'm shaking and my teeth chatter I bang on the door again and again nothing. I look over the edge of the balcony. To see if I can find a window. My fingers shake really bad as I grip on to the railing I can feel it I've lost feeling in my hands. Can find a window to look through and the jump from the balcony to the ground was ridiculously high. So I kept nocking on the balcony door.

Another 20 minutes go by. Seriously no one has noticed I'm not there. I slide to the ground shaking. I get up after five minutes and start throwing the plastic chairs and the glass but I doesn't break. I grab one chair and angrily trough it of the balcony breaking a glass table below the on the deck. And fall to the ground crying and shaking. Then Samuel runs into the room I look up at him but an to cold to move. He unlocks the door pulling my me to my feet and pulls me in I hug him he was so warm.

" Thanks " I say trying to warm up still squeezing him tightly.

I them push away. "What the hell were you guys doing? I've been knocking on the door for an hour! " yell chattering my teeth.

" We'll Axels asleep and we all found a radio in the garage to help contact people " he says pulling me back in for a hug. "Your freezing " he says holding my hand and grabbing me a blanket.

" Come on let's light a fire " he says walking me down stairs.

He lights a fire in the living room and I sit by it on the floor. He was so sweet.

" I'm going to go check on the progress with the radio be right back " I get closer the fire and rap up in my blanket.

I should probably check on Axel. I tip toe in to his room and sit in the chair by his bed it was cold in there I reached for his hand and he locked his fingers with mine.

" Hey " he says with his voice scratchy.

" Hey " I say pushing his hair back.

" Wow your hands are cold " he says grabbing my hand with both of his warming them up.

" We'll I was locked on the balcony for an hour " I say with a smirk.

" What?!? " He says jolting up.

" I'm fine " I say reassuring him.

" You don't look fine " he says looking in my eyes.

I roll my eyes. "Come on let me check your boo boo " says like a child he lifts his shirt and I pull the bandage up slightly it's healing and forming a scab on top.

" It looks great how do you feel?" I ask him feeling his head.

" Great I just took 800 mg of ibuprofen" he slowly gets up slightly grabbing his side.

" Let's go see what they are doing with the radio " I say helping him up.

We walk down the hall through the living room in the kitchen were there was a door which lead to a garage.

We walked hearing the radio scratch then a voice.

" Hello 'scratch' is anyone 'scratch' out there? " the voice on the radio said.

" Yes where is your location " Isaac replied.

" We are in a shack by the beach " the radio begins to clear up.

" We? " Jack yells ripping the walkie talkie out of Isaac's hand.

" Yeah me and my little brother and sister " the voice says back.

I pull it out of Jakes hands.

" Meet us by the old train station in 1 hour " I say in to the walkie talkie " and bring what ever you can ".

" Okay, 1 hour " he hangs up.

" I'm going " Jake yells.

" No you not I am " Sky yells sticking her tongue out at him.

" Neither of you are going " I yell rubbing my temples.

" Me, Axel, and Samuel will go you three stay here and hold down the fort! Isaac you in charge. " I say as they get quiet.

I take a deep breath and close my eyes.

" Riley site down " Axel says pulling me out of the garage and in too the living room on the couch.

" I'm fine I just need to site for a minute " I say breathing in.

" You don't look so good" he says looking at me but I don't look at him.

" I just need some water " I say as Samuel runs and grabs me a bottle handing it to me " here" he says in his calming voice.

I take a big swig and my mouth rehydrated and breath in and out drinking more water.

" I'm good now " I say hopping up to quickly holding my head hands as it spins.

" Let's get ready " I say walking to the table of weapons " We have to meet some new guests "
