This is it, the Apocalypse

Chapter 11

I grab a bat from out weapons table and smack it against my hand.

" Ready to go?" I say looking at them as the all look at me crazy.

" What? "

" Um we'll your still in your pjs " Axel says as his face reddens. I look down at my tank top and boxer shorts and blush.

" Yeah I should probably get dressed " I run up stairs and dump my bag on the floor looking threw the clothes I had left the weren't covered in blood. I found one pair of skinny jeans and a black hoodie that said 'OG obey' on floral print and threw it over top of a long sleeve shirt. Buttoned up my jeans and slid my 'Converse' on ran down stairs getting a little dizzy but I shook it off.

" Ready?" I ask looking at them.

" Yep " Axel and Samuel say grabbing guns. I grab one to just in case.

" Take care of her ok " I say to Isaac and Jake. I grab Sky's face and kiss her forehead.

" Il be right back, okay? "

" Okay, love you " she says looking down.

" Behave! " I say to Jake and Sky walking away. I find the keys to my dad's truck and start it up. Samuel calls shot gun so he sits up front while Axel is crunched up in the back.

" You guys ready?" I say backing out of the drive way.

" Most definitely" Sam says. I stop the car and he gets out to open the gate. I back out and Sam closed the gate up again and hopped back into the truck.

" Let's go meet these people " I say driving away from the house.

It takes 15 minutes to get there from Jakes house we arrive 20 minutes early and just sat there waiting for this guy and his siblings to show up.

10 minutes later I see a familiar looking black Jeep. They stop in the empty lot a 40 ft away. I guess to keep there distance. I open my door but stand behind it they get out and do the same I can see them yet. I have my gun in hand.

" Hello? " the voice says.

" Hi " I say looking out slightly they do the same.

" Holy crap Riley!" The voice shouts.

" Brice? " I ask running from behind the truck door up to him leaping in his arms as he wraps his arms around me.

Brice and I have been best friends sense like before we were in school. Are parents were friends so we always hung out I can't believe it's him I start to cry it's so nice to see a friend in a time like this.

" Uh hem " Axel clears his throat.

I hop off of Brice.

" Axel Sam this is Brice, Brice this is Axel and Sam " Sam shake Brice's hand. " Nice to meet you man ". Axel just stands there jealousy is written across his face.

" We're is Dametre and Willow? " I say looking around him.

" There hiding in the car. Hey guys you can come out it's safe. " He says helping the two children out of the car the come running up to me and hug me.

" Were is Sky?" Willow asks looking around.

" She's back at the house we are staying at " I say assuring here.

" Okay let's get back to the house " I say walking to my truck.

" Just follow us " I say getting in to the truck.

I start it up and head down the road. After a few moments of awkward silence

" Who was that" Axel huffs.

" My best friend " I say annoyed.

" Oh " he says rolling his eyes.

What is up with him he needs to chill. The rest if the ride is quiet we finally get back the house Sam opens up the gate as we all drive through he then closes them and runs up the drive way.

" This is it " I say hopping out and walking towards Brice, he was tall muscular and had blonde hair his green eyes sparkled in the sun as he lifted a bag out of his Jeep.

" Let me help " I say running over grabbing done bags. Sam comes over and does the same Axel just storms off inside.

" What's dark and scares deal?" Brice asks with a toothy grin.

" He's just PMSing right now " me Sam and Brice laugh.

" Willow you could go on in I'm sure Sky will be thrilled to see you " Willow was Sky's age she had the same blonde hair as Brice and green eyes they looked so much alike. Dametre was kind of an odd ball he had brown hair and blue eyes looking nothing like his brother and sister he was around Sam and Isaacs age.

We manage to grab all the stuff with one trip. I walk in to see Sky and Willow in the couch talking Jake starring at Willow. We walked in setting our stuff on the table with all the other supply's.

" So what's going on at the beach " I asked looking deep into his eyes.

" It's a mad house " he says quietly so only I could here.

" What do you mean?" I ask wanting to know more.

" We'll if you get bit you turn in like a minutes of agonizing pain then your a zombie and people are fighting people they had swat come it put it was no help " he stops to take a breath.

" Hey it's ok you can tell me later " I say rubbing his back.

Axel walks in from his room looks at me with Brice grunts then kicks a wall then runs back in his room.

" I'll be right back " I say stepping away from Brice and walking calmly to Axels room but as I reach for the door my blood is boiling he's acting like a fool I swing the door open then shut it behind me.

" What the hell is wrong with?!" I yell at him as he looks down.

" Look at me!" he looks up all mopy.

" Why are you acting like this?" I ask him as he quickly looks away.

" I'm sorry am I interfering with you and your boyfriend " he gets up madly looking down at me.

" What?!" I yell at him taking a step back.

" You heard me! " he yells back stepping closer.

" Back up! " I yell as he was moving closer and closer as I hit the wall.

He stops. " Why?"

" Because your scarring me "

" Why don't you yell for you boyfriend then" he says do close to my face.

" He's not my fricking boyfriend " I yell pushing him away from me.

" Yeah right any guy who looks at you wants to be your boyfriend " he says angry stepping closer.

" What do you mean? " I ask as he gets closer with an evil grin.

" Brice come save me " he says in a mocking voice.

" What the hell is wrong with you?" I says looking at him in disgust.

" I'm jealous you could say " he says back still looking evilly at me.

" Of Brice " I ask laughing.

" Stop laughing at me " he says pushing me against the wall.

" Calm your self " I say pushing him away laughing.

" Why are you laughing?!?" he yells.

" Brice is gay " I say laughing at Axels in raged jealously turn to embarrassment.

" Good cause I'm the one who protects you " he says back up off me.

" Really?" I asked walking out hopping that word echoes in his mind as he thinks about what he just did.
