we share sheet music in band but i'm terrible at reading it so i bribe you to write in the notes and you decide that a date is suitable payback au

"okay you're all dismissed! remember to also practice extra well so that we can give the audience the best opening ever!" we all nodded our heads and started to pack up our belongings. while i was cleaning up i noticed someone staring at me and that person was none other than my partner min yoongi. he was just looking around until he finally came up to me and asked me the same question that he would always ask me every single lesson.

"can you-"

"help me write the notes down again? yeah i know yoongs." i giggled at him which resulted him with a red face, probably from embarrassment.

"yeah, that. thanks." he looked away and gave me the shared sheet music that we had and started cleaning up, waiting for me to write them down. i smiled to myself and plopped down onto the floor and started to write them underneath the music notes, carefully making sure that they were right so that it would help yoongi to remember more easily and correctly. after a few quick minutes i finally stood up and stretched around until wiping the dust away from my uniform.

"yoongi i'm done~" i skipped towards him and showed him the sheet which he nodded approvingly. once we cleared that away i quickly picked up my bag and walked towards the big doors with yoongi slowly behind me. "hey yoongi? can i ask you something?" he hummed in response and quickly caught up to me, now standing right next to me. "so since i've been helping you with writing down the notes and such... i would like a date in return." i turned towards him with my eye smile and waited for his answer though i got nothing but silence.

"a date? you want to go on a date with someone like me...? why a date all of a sudden?" i gave him a pout and looked at the floor.

"you don't want to go on a date with me? am i not the person you were hoping to go on with?"

"n-no! i didn't mean it like that... i was just surprised that you would want a date with me in return. i thought you would want me to just go and get you a plush from the claw machines again? but i wouldn't mind going on a date with you park jimin." he gave me his precious gummy smile that i loved so much and i started hugging him with my face burried into his chest with a huge grin.

"eek i wasn't expecting that to be honest but can you please still buy me that plush? please?"

"of course i will. babe." he gave me a smirk and i instantly heated up and started smacking him.

"b-babe?!" i looked at him and he gave me a nod with his smirk still stuck to his face.

"yep. now let's go to the arcade, shall we?" i covered my face and started dashing off towards the arcade.

"yah! i didn't even get to kiss you yet! park jimin wait up!" once i heard the word i started running even faster.
