CHAPTER 1

BROOKE'S POV

The best thing about living with someone is when you wake up and they're making breakfast. The smell of waffles is spread through the flat and that just made me want to snuggle into my bed even more. I closed my eyes and snuggled into my pillow when I hear the door opening. Alex approached me and pressed a small kiss on my temple which caused me to smile and open my eyes. 

'' Good morning princess, I made us breakfast. '' I rolled on his side of the bed and pulled the duvet over my head. 

'' But I don't want to leave the bed. It's so warm and comfy in here. '' he chuckled and pulled the duvet down.

'' I'll carry you to the kitchen if you want to eat. '' I looked at him and he was smiling. Oh my God how much I love this boy.

'' Fine. But those waffles better be worth it. '' he grinned and picked up in a bridal style. When we get to the kitchen he places me down in front of the table. I sit down and just as Alex just sat, the front door of our flat opened.

'' HI HONEY I'M HOOOOMEE! '' Jenna yelled as she entered the kitchen with Niall.

'' I seriously don't see the point of you being that much loud this early in the morning. '' I said as I got up from my chair to grab two plates for Jenna and Niall. Sometimes I think they're hanging out with me just because they can eat here for free. I placed the plates on the table and hugged both of my best friends. 

'' We lived together until last year bitch. I thought you got used to my loudness. '' Jenna scoffed as she sat at the table. 

'' Is it really necessary for you two to argue when we barely just woke up? '' Niall commented and I just sent him a death glare which made him chuckle. Niall and Alex did their handshake or whatever and then we all started eating. We all talked about some random stuff until we finished. Jenna helped me clean the table as the boys left the kitchen to go play FIFA. 

'' So Noah's coming back home tomorrow, and I'm gonna finally get some. '' she winked at me and I just laughed at her. I made us some coffee because basically, Jenna can't function without coffee in her system. 

'' You go girl. I'm getting some almost every night. '' I giggled and took a sip of my coffee to cover my redness on cheeks. Jenna almost spat her coffee out and as she started laughing over my comment. 

'' I can't believe you out of all people said that. Girl, I'm so proud of you, I feel like a proud mom. '' She wiped a fake tear from her eye and I just rolled my eyes at her dramatic act. 

'' Alex and I are going on the date tonight. I'm really excited we haven't been on a proper date in a while. '' 

'' Do you think tonight could be the night? '' Jenna asked me quietly. She knew that I'm secretly hoping Alex would soon pop the question. I mean we've been together for two years now. I love him to death and I really think he's the one for me. 

'' I'm really hoping that tonight is the night. We're going to some fancy-ass restaurant. I need you to come with me to the mall because I need something to wear tonight. I have an idea about what I want, but I'll see. You in? '' 

'' Oh my God yes, my credit card is screaming at me to use it. We're gonna stop at Victoria's Secret also. I want to surprise my man. '' she winked at me and I laughed at her goofiness. 

After a few more minutes of chatting and finishing up our coffees, I dressed up and we left to went to the mall. I let Jenna drive my car because I didn't feel like driving but I was the DJ. After a few minutes of our karaoke session, we arrived at the mall and we entered our favourite store.
