Sports day

This isn't really on the whole of sports day just the 100m part of it. There will be other things happening as well in this chapter.

"Hey Yoshi," Mario said. "Looking forward to racing Waluigi?"

"Yes I am!" Yoshi replied. Mario doesn't take part in sports day 100m because everyone knows that he would win. Yoshi won it last year with Waluigi coming close with second and Luigi 3rd. Luigi hopes to beat Waluigi this year even though they are friends now and were enemies a year ago.

Peach was talking to Toadette about sports day too. "We are gonna GAP Daisy and humiliate her just like we've been doing the whole year!" Peach said. "Remember how badly I gapped her last year."

Toadette just laughed! Those were some good times. 

The girls 100m was about to start with Daisy, Peach, Rosalina, Honey Queen, Birdo, Toadette, Amy and Mona lined up to race.

"Take your marks!" One of the PE staff ordered. 

"SET!" Gunshot

Honey Queen quickly got the lead with her fast acceleration, Peach had a horrible start to the race. Daisy was in second behind Honey Queen but Peach was catching up really fast, She managed to get close to Daisy as the both finished, now they both really wanted to know who won that race. They looked at the timer.

1st Honey Queen 12.67

2nd Daisy 12.97

"YESSSS!" Daisy screamed she went off to celebrate. She finally beat her rival.

3rd Peach 12.98

"NOOO, HOW?" Peach stormed in anger and utter disbelief. 

4th Rosalina 13.05

5th Birdo 13.21

6th Toadette 13.23

"Grr!" Toadette screeched. "How could I let both those idiots beat me!"

"Well done Daisy great job!" Luigi applauded her.

"Nice one Rosalina!" Mario said. "Don't worry about not beating Peach, Daisy did that for you."

Rosalina laughed but blushed as her crush was crediting her. 

Now the boys 100m was taking place. Luigi, Yoshi, Waluigi, Bowser junior, Diddy Kong, Petey, Toad and Troops were lined up.

"Take your marks!" The official said. They got into starting positions.

"SET!" Gunshot

The boys started with Yoshi, Luigi, Waluigi and Diddy Kong contestesting for the win. Diddy Kong took the lead in the first 30m but Waluigi was catching up to him. In the 50m Waluigi was ahead but Yoshi and Luigi started to catch him up and in the last 90m Diddy kong got into the action too taking it and the four of them finished at the same time. So we have to wait for the officials to see who won.

1st place... Diddy Kong 11.777

2nd place... Waluigi 11.780

3rd place... Luigi 11.781

4th place... Yoshi 11.783

"Nooo, I don't get a medal!" Yoshi said.

5th place Bowser junior 11.82

6th place Troops 11.88

7th place Petey 11.94

8th place Toad 11.99

"That has to be the closest race in history!" Waluigi said. "My god, it had to come to the third decimal place to decide a winner!"

"Exactly!" Mario said.

On the way home Peach was fuming. "I can't believe I was beaten in 100m by DAISY!!" she stormed.

"Its ridiculous," said Toadette. "Honey Queen has gotten faster though!"

"Toadette, you are NOT helping the situation!" Peach said. "I don't want to her anything about someone being fast, I think we should do a little prank on them!"

"Good idea!" Toadette said

*Next day*

Daisy and Rosalina were in the corridor. Peach and Toadette wore black hoodies to disguise themselves and hid in the closet. When they heard the two girls walking across the corridor they splashed mud all over their clothes. That wasn't it, it also had slugs, snails and worms inside the bucket.

"AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH" The two girls screamed. The whole school laughed at them as they were covered in mud. By this point Toadette and Peach ran away into a nearby changing room to get changed. 

The two girls laughed as they took of their hoodies.

"Omg, did you see the look on their faces Peach?" Toadette said, still full of laughter.

"Why did I never think of this before?" Peach said.

Daisy and Rosalina went to the office and explained to Mrs Johnson what happened.

"We don't know who, but someone threw mud and bugs on us. They were both wearing Hoodies!" Rosalina said.

"Ok, before I say anything you should both have a shower, I'll check the CCTV camera!" Mrs Johnson said holding her nose. Thats what the girls did. Now they were trying to wonder who hit them and why they did it.

Mario, Luigi, Yoshi and Waluigi were discussing the situation. "Hang on a minute!" Mario said. "Yoshi, did u just say that the two people with hoodies went into the girls changing room!"

"Yes!" Yoshi said. "That hoodie looks familiar though!"

"So now we know it was a girl who did this to Daisy, I'd suspect Peach, but she hates black and I'm very sure she would never wear black in her life!"

"I wonder who it is then!" Luigi said.
