"Initiates! Get to the training room, eight o'clock!" Storm announces.
I get up, grab some clothes, and head to the shower. I come out about 5 minutes later, the other initiates are getting up to shower now. I wring my hair out and put it in a pony-tail. I'm on my way to the pit when the Dauntless boy is in front of me again, I turn around and try to maneuver around him to get to the pit, he grabs my arm. "Let go of me."
"No thanks, I just want us to spend some time together an-"
"It wasn't a suggestion."
"Well, my love isn't a suggestion either, but you keeping avoiding it."
"Did you not hear me in the cafeteria yesterday? I can say it again today, I can say it as many times as it takes to get you to leave me alone." I try to walk away, he grabs my hip, pulling me up against him.
"Don't resist the temptation, just love."
"Maybe I will love someone," I say. My voice begins to rise, "but certainly not you!"
He smirks, then begins kissing my neck. "Get away from me!" I'm almost yelling- not quite.
He pulls me closer, even though there is no closer. I try to wiggle out of his grip, but he squeezes my hips. His hands begin to move, his fingers slip under my shirt. His hands press to my waist then my ribs before I see Storm walking towards me. The boy kisses my my neck some more, then starts working his way to my chin. Suddenly, Storm is right in front on me, he punches the boy in the shoulder, then in the head. The boy falls to the floor, he's still awake. He crawls out of the dormitory, glancing back at Storm every few seconds.
"You okay?" Storm asks.
"Yes," I say. I clear my throat. "I'm fine."
"Let's go train." Storm says.
I follow him to the pit, and into the training room. "Thank you." I say. "For getting him off of me."
"You don't need to thank me," he says. " I had a feeling you would have been here already if you hadn't run into him."
"Yeah, I was on my way."
"So I noticed."
I smile, I don't know why, I guess this was a moment to smile, I haven't in a few days. Storm turns around to see me smiling, good thing it wasn't a giant grin. The corner of his mouth flicks up then back down. "The fights have been moved up, you're first, still against Anthony, but the fight is now in two days." he says. I don't know how to reply, all I can do is nod. "Let's work on your fighting. Remember what I said last night?" I nod again. "Okay, let's get started."
I follow Storm over to the punching bags, I raise my arms, I am right-handed so it's raised vertically and ready to attack, my left arm is raised diagonally with my elbow higher than my hand, my arm is almost completely up-side-down. My knees are bent a little, I plan to kick my opponents in the stomach, they should be off guard for a few seconds.
"Planning?" Storm says, he must be studying my form and the expression on my face, I imagine I look worried.
"Yeah." I say, should I not be planning? I wonder if I could reach someone's head with my leg, that would surely leave them off-guard long enough for me to attack harder. "Do you think I'm tall enough to reach someone's head with my leg?"
