Vivian set the connections and voice activated the system to connect with Rosie. When Rosie confirmed the transmission, Vivian signaled, "Ready to accept transport," and waited for the signal. Her monitor indicated the materials she'd been working with. Because of the molecular limitations of the system, the transporter could only handle small items, which could only be transported a few at a time.

Within minutes the computers were linked; Vivian's screen flashed, "<TELEPORTATION ACTIVATED – Stand By>" She never ceased to be amazed by the technology that caused the petri dishes to appear in her sterile chamber miles away. Vivian removed them to make the chamber ready for the next set of materials. There would be three portations required for Vivian to receive everything she needed to start her work. At the same time, their last set of notes began downloading into her database. Vivian reviewed the documents but noticed something bewildering. With a push of her feet she propelled the stool she was seated on over to where she had left the petri dishes. "This can't be!" she cried out. She got up and walked back to her computer terminal and re-examined the notes. "What's going on?"

Vivian thought for a moment. She knew she had logged some of the confirming data she sought into her I.A.S. account. She networked with that system and keyed in the membership code. The code would open her individual mailbox which contained site access. The required codes were changed daily and deposited in the member's mailbox. Vivian retrieved the code and logged into the billboard exchange center. She needed to check the information she had posted a few days before. She opened her files and scrolled down until she found the point she had been searching for. "This is impossible," she gasped. Stunned by what she read, Vivian again went back to double check the samples. She slumped over disbelief, how could this have happened?
