Its starts getting brighter outside when dad enters the house and we jump out dressed in all black complete with masks, he doesn't flinch and just pecks mum's forehead walking past her and giving me a hug.

You both should try to up your game he says landing on the couch switching on the TV like nothing happened.

I stare at him sometimes I wonder how you made this much money when you're so lazy I pout.

He looks up at me then the TV, what did Cole do?

I pout he did nothing Mom just gave me a scare last night and I rushed here and got here early this morning, so nothing, Cole did nothing I lie.

He did something but I'll find out my own way after am done sleeping he sighs settling on the couch my mom settled beside him pulling his legs to her thighs

I smirk watching my lazy father yea you'll find out next year I walk up to my room, taking a long bath I scrub and clean up finally looking like a proper human being, when am done, I apply my makeup carefully and lightly putting my hair in a lose pony tail I keep some at the side. I smile to myself in the mirror already making a decision with what I'll do with Cole of course with mom's help, I can't do shit without her.

I find my green sweater dress and black coat wearing my knee length boots I step downstairs and of course my mom is already gone for the last part of my plan.

See you later dad I place a kiss on his forehead my red lip stick smearing on the top of his head.

He mumbles something in his sleep and I head back to my car ready for the eight hours drive back knowing this will not be the first drive I'll make today, I could easily call him to meet up with him but what's Clarissa and Cole without drama?

I start start the drive and in 8 hours am parked in front of my apartment.

I walk up and grab the mystery phone the gold iPhone lights up in my hand, I sigh thinking my plan through, is this the right decision?

I breathe in not minding my nerves, quickly sending a message to Cole and I can imagine his face when he sees the message all I have to do is hope he would show up.

I start the drive and I can remember the familiar road, I pull my lip into my mouth, thinking everything through, the worse that could happen is rejection.

I head to my final destination and I spot Cole's car, I realese a cool breath rubbing my hands together I walk into the hotel, heading to the receptionist to grab the reserved key i booked earlier this morning.
i head to the elevator I hold my breath and walk to the familiar looking door, my heart beating wildly against my chest.

I open the door, the room is empty and I sigh in relief maybe Cole has not gathered the guts to walk in yet.

I take a sit on the arm chair hoping Cole won't leave, my heart beating in my chest and am just wondering if it will jump out of my chest yet.
