Chapter 10 – Neutral Clef

Airee rubbed her eye as she walked down the stairs, seeing Toru and Taka all dressed up and are putting their shoes on.

"You're just leaving now?" She asked.

"Yeah. Their flight got delayed by an hour." Toru answered, tying the laces of his shoes.

"I see."

"So, you're out to shoot a video with Kurt and Alex, right?" Taka asked.

"Yeah, I'm sorry. I'll make sure to be there in time for the meeting." She apologized, smiling sadly.

"It's okay, you couldn't help it." Taka said. "We'll be out to pick up 5sos, see ya later!" Taka and Toru waved and climbed into A-Sketch's van.

"Careful!" She called out before closing the front door.

She decided to just eat cereal for breakfast since she can't really cook now because there's not much time until Alex picks her up. She rummaged through the fridge for the milk but she spotted the cups of pudding lined up beside the milk so she shrugged and grabbed two cups instead and a spoon and brought it to the living room, watching television while she ate.

Minutes later, she received a call from Alex, telling her that he was already outside the house. Airee grabbed her bag and ran outside. Aside from ONE OK ROCK and the rest of A-Sketch, Alex Goot and Kurt Schneider were the only ones who know their real identities since they became really close friends since their Youtube cover days. It's been a tradition for them to do covers and Alex and Kurt completely respects SOARA's privacy and decisions so they still shoot videos with their masks on. But this time, since they're working with Kurt, they only needed Airee's voice so theother two members of SOARA are still sound asleep while Alex and Airee headed to Kurt's place, which he rented for the sake of th evideo since he doesn't really live in Japan, to shoot the video and for their next cover.

"Finally!" Michael said,stretching as he adjusted the strap of his bag and hung it on his shoulder.

"And we're back in Japan!" Ashton said, a little too cheerful after a very long flight.

Calum just followed his band mates silently, Luke, on the other hand, is on the phone with Taka. As they stepped out of the arrival area, loud screams echoed and flashes  of camera blinded their sights. They smiled as they saw their Japanese fans who probably waited for them outside of the airport just towel come their arrival. They signed a few albums, took selfies and received gifts from their fans before they waved goodbye and climbed inside A-Sketch's van.

"Hey, man!" They greeted Taka and Toru. They shared hugs, fist bumps and 'How are you?'s until they settled in and the driver drove to the direction of A-Sketch's base.Their other luggage and wardrobe cases to be used in the tour are in another vehicle and is to be taken to the same destination as well.

"It's just the two of you?" Ashton asked, the other members are munching on the food that the fans gave to them.

"Yeah, the others were still asleep when we left and the Queen left after us for a video shoot with another artist." Toru replied.

"So, we won't be meeting her today?"Michael asked.

"Oh, she said she'll be there in time for the meeting." Taka smiled.

"Tomoya just texted me, they said they're gonna eat lunch first before they head to base so I think we should take our lunch as well? You guys must be hungry after that long flight." Toru offered.

"Sounds good!"

"Feels good!"

"There's a small restaurant in front of the building which serves authentic Japanese food, you'll like it." Taka suggested.
