Chapter 9 – Octave Clef

"You were my gravity..." Airee ended as Adrian played the last chord and Ritsu repeatedly hit thecymbals, maching it echo.

"Okay, that's a wrap!" Adrian announced, putting away his guitar and drank from his water bottle.

Ritsu wiped the sweat off his forehead with the collar of his shirt before grabbing his water bottle from behind him

Airee left the room to change into anew shirt since she's not allowed to stay in wet clothes for too long because of her condition. When she got back, she held up three cups of pudding for the three of them, it was a band favorite.

"Ahhh, pudding is the best!"Ritsu moaned before taking another spoonful of the product.

"They stocked, probably, cases of pudding just for us in their refrigerator and pantry." Airee said, smiling.

"They just don't want to admit that they love pudding, too." Adrian rolled his eyes.

"I want more!" Ritsu groaned, shooting his empty cup and plastic cup into the garbage can behind him, three points. "Go get me more, Aid." He added.

"Go get one yourself, you lazy ass." Adrian glared and Ritsu pouted.

"Meanie." He mumbled, Adrian ignored him. Airee just giggled and shook her head at her bandmates' childishness.

The door opened, making their heads turn toward it, revealing ONE OK ROCK, but without Tomoya, with grins on their faces.

"How's rehearsal?" Toru asked.

"It was great." Airee smiled, raising her fist to bump it with Toru's.

"Good. Don't overdo it, okay?"

"Yes, dad." Airee teased.

They all sat on the floor, in a circle, talking among themselves until Tomoya emerged carrying a silver tray.

"Pudding, anyone?"

Before he could register what was happening, Ritsu jumped on him causing the both of them to fall to the floor, the sealed cups of pudding rolling everywhere. Everyone blinked and there was silence until Airee let out a laugh and everyone was laughing with her.

Dinner time came and they all sat around ONE OK ROCK's dining table as Toru and Taka served the food.(A/N: TORUKA AF)

"So, how'd the meeting go?"Adrian asked.

"It went okay. Everything is done, it's up to us to make this tour unforgettable for the fans.Especially you, SOARA." Taka said.

"I'm excited but nervous." Airee admitted, taking another sushi from her plate and eating it.

"You'll be fine." Ryota said and Tomoya gave her a thumbs up because his mouth is full of meat.

"So, when do we meet 5sos?" Ritsu asked.

"Oh yeah, about that." Taka paused, swallowing his food first before speaking again. "You're meeting them this Saturday and they'll be staying here until we have to leave Japan." He finished.

Airee stiffened at that and Adrian can't help but notice. He decided that he'll ask her about it later.He brushed it off, and continued to eat.

"So, we'll all be staying here?" Airee asked.

"Yeah, we thought it's a good time to bond since we're all touring together." Toru answered.

Management let them all stay together in ONE OK ROCK's house so they can all communicate properly and bond. Airee, since she's the only female in the group, got her own room while Adrian and Ritsu roomed together. ONE OK ROCK stayed in their respective rooms and Taka decided to let 5 Seconds of Summer use the remaining guest room which had two bunk beds and it was large enough for four people. And the house was large enough for all of them.Management will provide the groceries and other necessities until they have to leave for tour.
