The fluttering of the imaginary butterflies in the pit of her stomach never left since he took her hands in his.And despite her many-but failed-attempts to calm the pounding of her heart and the warmth she felt just by having him hold her hand was just...impossible.She hid her blushing red face under the mask she'd put on not too long ago.She tugged the mask upwards and the beanie over her reddened ears.

"Are you feeling cold? Its not even Autumn yet!"Wonwoo teased.

"Ani...its just...nevermind.Where exactly are you taking me?"she asked him but never keeping her eyes off the stone pavements of the park.

"The date wouldn't be much of a surprise if I told you now would it?"he said, stealing a glance at Hyejin. She kept silent and he grinned, somewhat satisfied with her response.

He led her over into a nearby circular pavilion. There were Cherry Blossom trees surrounding the pavilion itself-save for the little archway entrance of the pavilion-giving them a curtain of privacy.Away from the eyes of reporters or fans.

She noticed that the tables and chairs were pushed over to the side. The table, however, had a variety of different dishes and desserts and she knew it was the doing of Kim Mingyu. The chef of Seventeen. Her mouth watered slightly at the sight of the mango pudding on the table. Her favorite dessert.

They-Seventeen and the managers-had spent a little over a week planning out this very moment. And Wonwoo was determined to make sure everything was perfect. He'd previously made a deal with his leader and her brother that he'd care for her in every little way possible.Show her his love for her and to never leave her side.To take care of her fragile and precious heart. And most importantly,to take care of his little sister.

He was up to he task that had been laid out by her brother. He was willing to put anything.Even his career on the line if it meant taking care and loving her.

He was sure about it.And he wouldn't let anything ruin it.

Hyejin turned around to face Wonwoo whom was waiting at the archway of the pavilion, watching her with an amused grin.

"You know,Hyejin.I don't know if anyone has ever told you..."he whispered taking a few steps towards Hyejin and stopping when he was right in front of her.

He lifted his right hand and cupped her right cheek, rubbing circles with his thumb. His warm black eyes were filled with nothing but love and Hyejin couldn't help but be captivated. The twinkle in his eyes wasn't helping with the fact that she was already falling for him.Him and his charms. His behavior, his caring attitude towards others and herself. She'd practically fallen in love with everything about him.She probably fell too deep in love for her own good.So much so that she couldn't break free.

Was it wrong to fall in love after she'd cleared her past relationship that she'd been confused and angry about for years?Or was it just part of moving on?To love again?

"Wonwoo..."she whispered,her breathing shaky.

"That you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen?"he finished with a small smile.

Hyejin laughed softly, wrapping her arms around his neck and her head on his shoulders. She closed her eyes and they stayed like that.Absorbed in the moment.

"Don't be so cheesy,Wonwoo."she whispered, hitting the back the back of his head softly.

He chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist. He hummed a soft tune and swayed Hyejin side to side. They took small, elegant steps dancing to the soft tune he was humming.Slowly, the humming turned to the murmuring of lyrics before the loud and clear lyrics rolled off his tongue in a sweet and alluring voice.
