We got home and I went to sleep
The next morning
I woke up and had a message from Caroline
Care bare-hey text me after you eat breakfast and I'll come pick you up for dress shopping
Emma-ok I just woke up so give me a few minutes

I got up and got changed into ripped jeans and a blue plain shirt I threw my hair into a messy bun and went downstairs slipping on my converse I went to the kitchen and got me a apple before looking around the house for dad I found him in the living room watching tv "hey dad I'm leaving to go with Caroline" I said he stood up and came over to me picking me up and hugging me I hugged him tightly "I'm sorry about Stefan" he whispered in my ear "it's fine" I whispered back "I like your room the pictures really bring it out" he said not in a whisper but not complete loudness "thank you" I said smiling "go on have a good day with Caroline Love" he said putting me down and kissing my forehead I smiled and hugged him one last time before walking out I took a bite out of my apple and texted Caroline
Emma-hey care I'm ready and waiting outside
Care bare-ok give me 5 minutes
I smiled and put my phone in my pocket and finished my apple I threw the core away when Caroline pulled up I smiled and climbed into the front seat "so since it's your birthday we are going all out today!" She said jumping right into things "whatever you want to do" "ok first let's get to the mall and how do you feel about dying your hair?" She asked "I kinda want it dyed" I said smiling "I have a good idea let's go!" She said we drove to the mall and when we got there she took me straight to the nail salon I got my nails done and we went to the hair place Caroline showed them a picture and they did it and it turned out nice I really liked it we payed them "now for the dress" she said excitedly "and why do I need a dress?" I asked trying to find stuff about the party out "because the thing I have planned you need a dress and I sent out all invitations this morning" she said smiling "fine let's get the dress" I said smiling she took me to a ball store "it's gonna be a ball?" I asked "maybe" she said smirking I laughed and tried on about 400 dresses before almost giving up when she came back with a beautiful sky blue one that would match my nails and hair I tried it on and it was perfect I smiled we bought the dress and a pair of shoes to match before leaving "wanna go to the movies?" She asked "Yea sure let's take this home first" I said she smiled and we went to my house and took everything in showing dad it "your hair is amazing" he said smiling I smiled (I want the reveal of everything to be in the birthday chapter so patience 😏) "Hey is Noah busy?" She asked on the way back to the car "uh I'm not sure why?" "Me and Matt and you and Noah can double date we can go out for pizza then the movies" she said smiling "ok I'll call him" I said getting my phone out "I'll call Matt" she said getting hers I called Noah
"Hello?"
"Hey are you busy?"
"No why?"
"Me and Caroline were wanting to know if you would like to double date her and Matt me and you" I said smiling
"Sure give me 5 minutes"
"Ok I'll see you soon" I said before hanging up then Caroline hung up with Matt "hey said give him a couple minutes" "so did Noah" I said smiling "your growing up to soon Emma" she said hugging me "oh my god Lexi! I have blown her off all week" I said remembering "well Lexi isn't in mystic falls right now but she will be later tonight she left this morning to talk some sense into Stefan" Caroline said "ok but I need to spend time with her before she leaves again" I said sighing Caroline nodded and we got into the car going to Matt's house I climbed into the back seat and he got up front "Hey Emma" he said smiling at me "hey Matty" I said smiling "I like you hair" he said "thank you" I said smiling we then went to Noah's house and got him and went to the pizza place across from the movie theater we all ate and payed before going to the movies and Caroline picked it out it was a drama but action so we all like it Noah hugged me "come on let's go get some popcorn and give them a few minutes alone" he whispered I nodded and we went in "shhh" he said pulling me to the bathroom we got there and he locked the door before pushing me against the wall and kissing me I started kissing back immediately after a minute or to I pulled back to give some air when he worked his way down my neck and started sucking he let go after a minute and kissed me one last time I looked in the mirror and moved my shirt to find the spot red and bruised "Noah" I said lightly slapping his arm "what??" He asked defensively "how am I supposed to wear that dress tomorrow with this?" I asked pointing dad is gonna kill me "cover it with makeup or something" he said shrugging I rolled my eyes "I need to go get Caroline" I said pushing past him walking out she was outside talking to Matt "hey Caroline I need you in the bathroom please" I said she nodded and followed "what?" She asked after I shut and locked the door I moved my shirt and showed her and she gasped "when did that happen??" After the movie
The movie was good I really liked it I just got dropped back off at my house I went to my room and changed but when I put my tank top on some of the makeup smeared making it obvious I forgot I left my door open and grabbed my makeup going in front of the mirror trying to hide it "what are you doing?" I heard from the doorway I jumped and saw Kol I brought him in and shut and locked the door and whispered in his ear "Noah accidentally gave me a hickey and dad can't know" I said "here I'll help you hide it" he said quietly "really? I'm not in trouble? Your not gonna tell?" I asked shocked "yes really I mean it happens sometimes and I've hid it on Rebekah a lot so your dad never knew so I can hide it good and do it to where the makeup will stay on for a few days through anything" he said taking my makeup and bringing me to the bed he did it for me and you could never know I even rubbed it and it didn't come off "your amazing thank you!" I said hugging him "hey that's what favorite uncles are for" he said smiling I laughed he put my makeup up "remember our secret" I said as he was going to leave he crossed his heart and I smiled he left and I laid on my bed watching Netflix before eating dinner and going to bed tomorrow is my birthday and I can't wait
