"And now we are needed inside" I said getting off the tree brushing off my dress Tyler smiled and started to come over to me "wait Emma?" He said hesitantly I turned and looked at him "Yea?" I said closing the box back up "your welcome happy birthday em" I smiled and Caroline moved the box to the opened pile she decided to make I opened presents from other people getting clothes makeup jewelry money in the cards and some new boots from Elijah "ok this one is from Damon" Caroline said handing it to me I opened it and there was a really pretty top from Forever 21 I smiled and pulled out the jeans that were ripped "thank you Damon I love it" I said looking at him he reached his hand into his pocket pulling out a medium size square box about the size of his hand "here this one is from Stefan" he said handing it to me my heart started pounding "thank you" I said barley audible I unwrapped the ribbon on top and grabbed the note on it and read it over it was that he will enable forget me and he hopes I have a good life I opened the box and inside was sitting the locket and ring he got me when we were dating I smiled wanting to cry but fighting it back "tell him I said thanks I love it" I said to Damon he nodded I sat the box on the top of the pile "ok these 2 are from Lexi you have to open this one first" she said handing me the biggest one I nodded and opened it inside was a brand new guitar song book and pick "Lexi thank you!!" I said smiling "ok so this part goes for both her and Tyler so it's a joined present" Caroline said handing me a envelope I glanced at both of them and opened it pulling out a paper I unfolded it and read it "we will be moving into mystics falls we already have our houses happy birthday Emma!!" I was speechless and looked at Lexi "wait" I said shocked "is this for real?" I asked she nodded and pulled out a title to a house showing it to me "I will be moving in a few blocks away and Tyler will be right down the street" she said I screamed and everyone smiled and laughed I hugged Lexi "oh my god guys I can't believe this" I said turning and hugging Tyler he rubbed my back "we're back Emmy" I laughed "guys this is amazing I can't believe this" I said looking over at Lexi she nodded and laughed I opened more presents getting a camera and memory card more boots and clothes until I got to the last present from dad "you already got the biggest present a few days ago" he said referring to me now being a Mikealson "but this is something to put in your room" he said handing me the box I opened it and pulled out a medium sized canvas with a paper on it I removed it and inside was a painted picture of me and him together when we first met I laughed "this is amazing I love it dad" I said standing up hugging him he laughed and hugged me "ok now guys Lexi and Emma have something special planned for y'all" Caroline said I sighed and stood up grabbing my new guitar (Matt already did the strings for me) "ok guys Emma will be singing for you" Lexi said grabbing the guitar I'm guessing she's playing they all looked in anticipation I laughed and whispered to Lexi "what song?" About halfway through the song I heard someone outside and whispering "Lexi I know you can hear me" Stefan? I glanced at Damon and he nodded at me "and?" I said under my breathe "tell Emma I love her and she's doing amazing at singing and I hope she likes her present and tell her I'm rooting for her and Tyler" then I heard a whoosh and he was gone I smiled at the end of the song I hugged her whispering in her ear "Stefan said he loves you and happy birthday and he hopes you like his presents and he's rooting for you and Tyler" she nodded "if you see him again tell him I love him to and thanks I kinda am too" Lexi laughed the party is now over so I have to carry everything upstairs I sighed and dad and Lexi started taking down decorations while I took off my heels tossing them to the side grabbing some boxes and Tyler grabbed the rest which was a lot "well aren't you strong" I said laughed he laughed we got to my room and I put everything in the corner of the room and sat on the bed and Tyler came and sat next to me "I'm so happy your staying" I said looking over at him he smiled "I am to I never imagined coming back here" "but you did" I said "I did for you" he said smiling I blushed a little and smiled this has turned out to be a great birthday after all....
