The next morning lexis POV
I got back late last night so I slept on the couch but today is Emma's birthday!! I got up and went to the kitchen where I found Klaus already getting a start on her breakfast I smiled and helped him I finished the last pancake when he went to the fridge and got out a Starbucks drink and brought a tray out of the cupboard he got a small glass and put a single rose in it and put a little card beside it and we put the plate with the pancakes eggs and bacon on it and he sat the drink beside it and picked it up "are you ready for today?" I asked going in front of him so I could open the door for him "Yea I hope she likes the surprise" he said smiling "I know she will she has been wanting to to happen for so long" I said smiling I opened her bedroom door and went in Klaus following she was sleeping Klaus sat the tray quietly on her stand I slowly went over to her bed and he followed I sat down by her feet and he sat beside her stomach and we lightly shook her "Emma love wake up" Klaus said gently she turned over and sat up rubbing her eyes she opened them and looked at us smiling "good morning" I said she smiled "good morning" "happy birthday" "thank you" she said hugging me Klaus brought her food over "happy birthday love" he said laying it in front of her she hugged him and kissed his cheek "thank you guys" I smiled "we will leave you to eat and after I'll come up and help you get ready for the party" I said "okay" we walked out and started putting up decorations
Emma's POV
I started eating when I saw the rose and note I smiled and smelled the rose and looked at the note "happy 14th birthday I hope it treats you well love Klaus Kol Elijah and Rebekah" I smiled and put the rose she note on my stand when Kol walked in "good morning birthday girl" I smiled "morning Kol" I then touched my shoulder remembering yesterday "it's still covered" he said realizing I nodded "thank you for everything" I said he came and sat by me hugging me "it's what family does" he said I smiled "happy birthday" he whispered in my ear "thank you" I said back quietly "here this is a little bit of your presents for today" he said pulling out a narrow box from his jacket pocket he handed it to me and I smiled and opened it inside was a beautiful necklace it was simple but beautiful (picture up top❤️) "thank you so much!" I said turning to hug him he smiled and rubbed my back he helped me put it on and I got up and looked at it in the mirror I smiled and hugged him "it's so beautiful I love it" he laughed "I'm glad you like it" is said running my back "I'll leave you to eat I have to go help decorate anyway" he said kissing the top of my head and leaving I finished eating when Lexi came back up I put everything on my dresser and went to my closet getting everything out (ok guys ready?? The big reveal of everything)
