Dick pulled out a mask and put it over his eyes as he stopped the car at Happy Harbor. He then unzipped his jacket to reveal a black jumpsuit with a blue bird on the front of it.

"Oh!" he suddenly said. "I'm known as Nightwing now-"

"I know," I replied. "I got to watch as the second Robin died."

He turned to me and narrowed his eyes. "How much do you know?"

I snorted. "More then I care to know, believe me."

He shrugged and got out of the car and opened my door. He grabbed my arm and pulled me out of my seat. His grip was extremely firm. "When did you get all buff?" I asked. "The last time I saw you, you were this short guy who was extremely agile, but never strong."

He smirked. "I grew up, I guess. Now, when did you get all badass like? I've been watching you for a few days now, and I have to say, you've gotten way better!"

I rolled my eyes as he shoved me up to the mountain. "Please, I could kick your butt when we were kids, and I can still do it!"

He stopped suddenly and made me turn to face him. We were so close that our hips were touching and his face was centimeters from mine. "Is that a challenge, Jay? Because, in all honesty, I really don't want to hurt you, and now that I'm way bigger then you, I could take you down. But, I will keep my promise to you."

I kept eye contact with him and narrowed my brilliant blue eyes. "You've got some nerve, Boy Wonder," I hissed to him.

He smirked and his face got even closer to mine. "Nerve, huh? Call it what you want, but I am still determined to save you."

I was jerked back to the front and we continued up the side of the mountain until we got to an entrance. He hit a button and the door opened and he lead me inside. He kept one hand around my arm and the other at his side.

I was first greeted with the sight of Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman, Miss Martian, and Superboy.

"So this is her?" the martian asked happily.

Nightwing nodded and Batman stepped up to me. He and Nightwing were practically the same height now. "Jasmine," he said in the familiar voice that I had known all those years ago. "I understand that Nightwing has a wish to make sure that you don't become a criminal."

I shrugged. "Too late!"

"Then I imagine that you want to go to prison," he shot back. That shut me up. I had always been so damn arrogant, that I never thought about the possibility of ever getting caught. It just then hit me that I was totally caught. When I didn't respond, he said, "That's what I thought. We're going to offer you a second chance, Blue Jay. But trust me. If you so much as look at that exit, you will go straight to Bell Rev, do I make myself clear?"

Most would have backed down from his fierce gaze and his demonic aura. But not me, that wasn't how I rolled. I faced him head on and stepped forward so that he had to straighten. "Fine," I finally said. "I guess I don't have much of a choice in the matter however."

Nightwing chuckled a little. "No, I guess not. Superboy! You and Blue Jay here need to stay as far away from each other as possible. Your personalities are way to similar. Both of you are stubborn as hell and a bit arrogant."

Superboy nodded. "Can't argue with that."

Martian girl suddenly flew forward and also stood taller then me. "Hi! I'm M'gann! Since I'm the only other person here besides Nightwing here who has the patience, I'll be with you a lot! So, let's get to know each other!"

I lifted an eyebrow and sighed. "Fine. Can't do much with these on however," I said and smiled in mock sweetness to Nightwing. He smirked and unlocked the cuffs.

"No funny business," he whispered in my ear from behind as he slowly, very, slowly, unlocked them. His hands lingered where my wrists met the cuffs and he finally completely unlocked them.

I rubbed my wrists and grumbled as Nightwing walked away twirling the cuffs on his finger. I stuck my tongue out at him as he left and Superman then stepped up to me. To be honest, he wasn't as intimidating as Batman. "Hello, Blue Jay," he said in a friendly manner. "I am Superman."

"You don't say?" I asked sarcastically. "I get it, alright? I won't do anything, I promise. I like my freedom and I prefer to stay OUT of jail. I'm not going anywhere."

He looked a bit offended, but I didn't care. The sooner I was out of there, the better.
