Your POV
And... It's finished! Wow, it's really amazing to make such delicious food! I mean, I did not study culinary arts for nothing! I placed the bowl down and start staring at the foods placed on the table, the foods I prepared for the both of us. I huffed before flashing a big smile. Now, it's time to call him.
"Jungkook, food's ready!" I yelled, I start to hear footsteps it must be him.
His mouth formed an 'o' and is also looked startled, what is he startled for? These are just few foods I made. I just cooked haejangguk, samgyeopsal, kimchi, nakji bokkeum, jjinmandu and japchae. I cooked just for two people, I think it's not too much.
"Wow, I was wondering why you bought so much." He mumbled then he looked at me, he flashed his smile that instantly melted me. I could hear my heart beat get fast, Jungkook why are you like this?
He bowed, "thank you!"
I felt shy for a moment there but it was overwhelming, "it's okay, stuff yourself!" I said.
We sat facing each other, he starts to drool infront of the foods how cute. He picked up his chopsticks and looked around the various foods, he starts to eat japchae first. I hope he'll like it, I was confident with my cooking earlier, how did I became so nervous?
He's now munching his food when I asked him, "uhh, it isn't bad right?" I fiddled with my fingers under the table. He's making me nervous!
After he swallowed the food he looked at me, I can't read his expression! Is it okay? Does it taste bad?
"It wasn't bad! What makes you think it doesn't taste delicious?" He asked, I looked down trying to hide my blush. It's a relief that he likes it.
"You weren't speaking nor moving your head." I uttered, I heard him chuckle so I looked up.
He scratched the back of his neck looking so shy. We continued to eat until we're full, ahh, that was such a good meal!
