Getting some things from the store, Savannah wandered down the aisles in Walmart, searching for some essentials for the house, as well as healthy snacks to get her through the day. She was blessed enough to not experience much nausea, almost feeling as if she wasn't pregnant at all. The frequent twinges and cramps however quickly brought her back to reality as she made her way to the pet aisle to grab Chloe some food.

"Savannah?"

The familiar woman's voice echoed through her ears as she slowly turned around, seeing a face she hadn't seen in months. Nervously smiled, she walked over, hugging her tight, nearly knocking her off her feet.

"Girl where have you been?" August's sister asked as she let her go

"You know, around Atlanta keeping busy" Savannah smiled

"I see, but what did my hardheaded brother do?" she asked placing her hands on her hips

"Aug and I just aren't in the same place in life. I guess we just grew apart" Savannah explained in the simplest way without getting to deep into the issue

"Uh huh, I know he did something but I'll accept that. The girls asked about you a while ago which made me ask so it's funny running into you. You still out here thicker than a snicker" she complimented

"Oh, stop it" Savannah said crossing her arms over her stomach

"I'm not lyin girl. Aug always got him a thick one, but it's good to see you out here still doing good. I'll let the girls know I saw you and hopefully you two can at least be friends again" she said

Savannah nodded her head, going her separate way from her as she sighed heavily, thanking the Lord above that she wasn't showing yet. Looking down at her bloated stomach, bursting from underneath her hoodie and over her leggings, she knew it was only a matter of time before someone took notice to her attire and made questions and started the assumptions. Being someone who had struggled with her weight, she got to a size where she finally felt comfortable, but it would easily be detectable if she was picking up weight.

Running into his sister had her feeling uneasy again. She knew these were signs that she needed to confront August sooner than later about the pregnancy, but not before Trey obviously. After letting her parents know, they were surprisingly more excited than she expected. Her father of course was ready to take Trey's head off his shoulders, but she could tell the inner excitement to be a grandfather was there. With Trey coming in town, she figured she'd much rather tell him face to face than over a phone call where she couldn't gauge his energy with the news. She knew Zoe was sprung on his suddenly, but they now had time to prepare for the new baby, and of course she would be there to not only support their child, but Zoe as if she was her own if he wanted.

A restless Zoe continued to cry as Trey attempted to console his fussy daughter, singing softly as he carried her around the suite. With him alone while everyone was out getting food, he was easily getting overwhelmed as he paced back and forth in the hotel room.

"It's okay baby girl, just go back to sleep" he whispered as her whimpering cries began to settle

Slowly he found himself coming down to a calmer state himself as she began to become centered again from her erratic emotions, unsure what the cause was this time. Although he knew a great deal about her, he still in fact didn't have her up under him for damn near the first year of her life. Taking a seat on the bed, he looked down at her dozing back off, exhaling deeply before laying her down on the bed. Looking at the time, he smacked his forehead, realizing all along why she was so wound up.
