Soreness met Savannah as soon as she opened her eyes. Only being wrapped in the remaining sheets from both beds, the comforter was dangling off the edge of the bed. Her wet bathing suit, missing, as well as any other article of clothing. The light snores next to her, she leaned up, seeing him sound asleep with only the sheets separating the air and his bare body.
"Wow. We really did it last night..."

Within seconds of Savannah entering the room, she was met by two double beds being pushed together, creating one larger nearly king size bed for them to share. Watching him fix the sheets, she walked over to her suitcase to get her things for the shower to wash off the remnants of the day off her body.
"We got the biggest bed in the house now" he joked
"Right. Kam gonna be jealous" she said
"Man, she'll be aight. Besides, it'll have to do until we get back home. Speaking of, when you moving back in the house?" he asked
"Uh, when did I say I was moving back?" she asked raising her eyebrow
"Savannah don't start. We're working on our relationship so obviously you can move back home. Ashley's gone and I'm getting my locks changed tomorrow" he said
"Okay, but baby steps Tremaine. I don't mind us working on things, but our impulsiveness is why our relationship fell to pieces before. We have to treat this like it's new, despite the fact we have two kids in the middle. Besides, it might hurt your case. You got plenty other things to focus on right now. I'll come and visit of course, spend the night, all that. I'm just not giving up my condo because you want me to" she said
"I just...I really thought you were coming home and it made me excited. I guess I can wait, but its gonna be torture. Waking up to you everyday has been a tease, but a blessing" he admitted
"I hear you, and I'm sorry if I made it seem like it was different. I just want your focus to be soley on being a father and fighting whatever this case she has against you once we get back home. I'm not going anywhere babe, I swear. Being around you, I realize no matter what, I am in love with you. No reason to deny it anymore. I'm only hurting myself doing this" she said
Hearing her genuine words, he stopped what he was doing. He walked to her, taking her hands into his before leaning in to kiss her. After they parted lips, they both chortled as she glanced into each other's eyes.
"Wow...I really love you. Nah, I'm deep in love with you. I wasn't sure if any woman could make me feel this way, but clearly you do and I love you for it. Thank you for giving me another chance" he said
"Same to you" she said
"So, we takin a shower?" he asked as he untied one side of her bikini bottoms
"Are "we"?" she asked
"We both gotta get hot water" he shrugged
"You're abosultely right" she giggled as she took his hand into hers, pulling him toward the bathroom
Stripping out of her clothes, she tried quickly to cover herself with a towel, but he snatched it from her. Not wanting to argue, she allowed him full view of her curvaceous body while he started the water.
"Why do you keep covering yourself?" he asked
"I don't know, I just feel uncomfortable a little. It's not you, it's me" she said
