The warm Atlanta weather had finally broke, giving a reason to formally break in the patio on a daily basis. Rubbing sunscreen over her exposed belly, Savannah stared down at her now protruding nearly 25 week stomach, seeing her jab from inside. For the first time since she moved into the house, Savannah had a break from the constant trials of motherhood, but no thanks to Trey. His mother had come down to visit, whisking Zoe off with her and Aiden to a day in the city. Since the incident in LA, their relationship seemed to be fading. The blissful honeymoon stage had now ended, and the reality of Trey's selfish antics was taking centerstage.

Sipping her lemonade, she scrolled to her phone's Snapchat app, taking a quick video of her grazing her stomach, as her music played in the background. By now, she had announced her pregnancy, but not who the father of her child was. Keeping her dating life a mystery was how she liked it. Many people had their speculations in her IG comments, which after a while she deactivated due to the various tags and comments. It didn't help with Trey posting to his Snapchat, "Another one...no DJ Khaled". Before she placed her phone down, she saw an incoming call from his mother, guessing to tell her she was on her way back. Sighing deeply, she leaned up, accepting the call, placing her Bluetooth headphones in.

"Hey Mama April" Savannah answered

"Hey baby, you enjoying your day?" April asked

"Most definitely. How about you?" Savannah asked

"You know I love spending time with my babies. They make me feel old, but they keep me young" April laughed

"I hear you. So, I guess you're calling for relief now huh?" Savannah asked

"Oh no. I actually was gonna see if you needed anything. We just left the aquarium and about to get some food. Aiden doesn't wanna be away from Zoe at all. Poor thing, she's trying to keep up. I told him he had another baby cousin on the way and he got really excited" April said

"Aww, how cute. Well whenever you get too tired, you can bring Zoe home. I'll put on a movie and order pizza" Savannah said walking back into the house

"Okay baby, how's are you doing though? Has Trey called at all today?" April asked

"Nope. It's fine. He usually gets quiet in LA" Savannah shrugged her shoulders

The frustration in April's voice was growing as she began to vent about his lack of awareness. However, at this point, Savannah had grown used to his absence. In her mind, if they wanted to be open, she wasn't going to stress it anymore. Realizing he may not be ready for a serious commitment wasn't bothering her as much before, but she needed him to understand while he was doing him, she'd be doing the same.

"Well you just take care of yourself and my other grandbaby. I'll talk to that hardheaded son of mine later" April said

"It's not necessary, but thanks, we will. I've come to grips with our situation and I'm gonna let go and let God take it wherever it's meant to be" Savannah said

"I know that's right baby, and I fully support you as long as you don't keep my grandbaby away from me" April requested

"Of course not. I wouldn't do that to her because of whatever is going on between him and I. Besides, Aiden isn't gonna allow it, him or Zoe" Savannah laughed

Building the bond between with April had her relieved that she didn't seem to carry those same attachments to his ex that would keep her from getting close to her. Although it still saddened her that their relationship was coming apart at the seams, she couldn't let it hinder her from living her life.

Standing on the balcony, Trey stared out at the landscape of the Hollywood Hills surrounding him. He had three hours before he was set to be at the airport to go home and surprise Savannah. The last few weeks had been rough on him mentally. Unsure where exactly their relationship stood, knowing he had hurt her in many ways, especially after their last talk. However, he was determined to start making things right. He knew she wasn't nothing more than for him to get rid of the LA house, but it wasn't something he was ready to part with just yet.
