How long I got until I have to leave?"
Zoe was at school and Savannah still had Aubree now for the second week in a row and he missed his baby girl. Finding himself staring at pictures and rewatching saved videos of her on his phone, he felt a trip into the city was due soon. Busying himself with assisting with producing and managing his new artists, he hadn't found a lot of extra time to take the drive to only spend a few hours and come back home.
"Zo has to be picked up by five, then I'm driving her into the city to drop her off with Savannah for the week" he said to Ashley as she laid against him on the couch
"Oh really? So I don't have to leave?" she asked leaning up with a smile
"Wow...I guess not then" he said
"Hmm, don't sound so excited" she said rolling her eyes
"My bad, I didn't mean it like that. Sorry, my head is a little everywhere. I'm excited to see Aubree, but I know it'll only be for a short time. I just wanna see my baby girl" he said
"I understand. I think it's a little rude of her to keep her from you because of me honestly" she said
Frowning down at her, he cleared his throat, making sure she understood that while he also didn't like what was going on, he wasn't going to let anyone talk crazy about Savannah and what she was doing.
"She's not keeping her from me. Let me worry about that please. I don't need any issues between you two. Besides, she finally agreed to sit down with you so please, just keep peace for me" he said
"I don't have a beef with her, I just don't like how she makes you feel, but okay. I guess I'll go to the gym and wait for you to get back. Want me to cook something?" she asked
"Maybe. I'll let you know" he said
Placing a kiss on her lips, he got up from the couch, making sure he had all Zoe's things for her week with Savannah. Trying to contain his excitement to see Aubree was killing him, but he didn't want it to seem as if it was more about Savannah to Ashley. She had already shared her various feelings about how she was handling their situation in general, so he did his best to keep those conversations about her to a minimum.
"So when am I sitting down with her?" Ashley asked walking toward the door with him
"I'll talk to her about that when I drop Zoe off. You just work on that mouth of yours" he scolded playfully
"Hmm, in what way? I think I'm pretty good with it to be honest" she winked
"Indeed, but you know what I mean. I'll call you when I'm on my way back here" he said
One final kiss before sending her on her way, he grabbed Zoe's Minnie Mouse suitcase Savannah insisted she have and headed to the car to begin his journey into the city.

"Where's the klepto?" Kamyah asked while she watched Savannah cook on FaceTime
"Oop, don't talk about my baby like that" Savannah shot back
"She steals from Auntie Kam. Accept it Vanz" Kamyah scoffed
Making sure to have dinner ready, knowing Trey was more than likely going to stay and once Zoe got there she would be tied to her hip, she wasn't going to have time or space to get anything done. She had been thinking about her coming all day, counting the hours to when their estimated time of arrival was.
"Anyway, what's the move this week? I got a light load and Garrett has to go to some stupid festival in LA and do cooking demos. The curse of my man because a boss at what he does I guess" Kamyah rolled her eyes
