Running my hand through my hair, I eyed the red rose that was now wilting. It sat there on my side desk for days and just now it starts wilting....

God Mikey, I'm sorry.

Sighing, I stood up and pulled on some gym clothes slipping on my shoes and going to the archery range doing a few shots for a while.

My heart hanging low in my stomach, I ran Lily off, Eva too. Lincoln and Jameson. All of them.

Then I ruined everything I had with Michael. He became such a large part of my life within this year, and now I feel so....shitty. I did him so wrong.

Not to mention I killed Jameson's father.

I shot the arrow and let the rage in me fall with my heart breaking slowly, letting the second arrow fly, it split the first arrow.

Unfazed, I shot anther, it split that one in half.

Well, I guess I know the secret to being good at archery, pain and sorrow.

"They're doing the funeral in an hour if you want to join." I turned and looked to Levi who was eyeing the split arrows.

I shook my head "I've had more than enough funerals this year. I might sit this one out." I said placing the bow down.

Levi nodded and stared at the floor "You did amazing last night. I'm amazed. Honestly I heard you where a one woman army, but I hadn't believed it." He gestured to the bow "I didn't know you even shot."

I smiled down at the bows "I just saw my target and let my hands do the work." I said giving a small scoff.

He walked over "You'll be a great savior some
day Anne."

He grabbed the bow handing it to me "I guess we'll both be missing out on the funeral. Let's do some more training." He said.

We shot for an hour and he had me try standing, squatting, laying down, crouched and to the side because an archer needs to know how to shoot in any position.

Of course certain ones where more difficult than others yet Levi seemed to be born with a bow and arrow in his hand.

"Who coached you?" I asked him while placing the bow up and pulling the arrows from the target.

Levi picked up the split ones "My dad taught me when I was a kid. Your mom and my dad used to be amazing with archery." He said standing.

My mom was an archer?

"Let's finish cleaning." He said watching my eyes turn in questions.

After cleaning, I headed to the dining hall to get some breakfast.

Lily sat with Eva, Leandro, Jameson, Lincoln and Serena. They all laughed and talked about whatever.

Koda and Petra sat with their group which included psychotic Roxanne.

Abe sat with Killian and Alice.

I was surprised to see some parents lingered still, most including mine had left the night of the ball.

Some guards who stuck around are parents too though, like Killian.

Michael sat alone, his eyes fixated on a pretty brunette girl who was laughing with a few other girls. All juniors.

Ouch...

Getting in line, I contemplated over the BLT or the Egg sandwich.

"You got a place to eat?" I looked behind me at Ven who was smirking down at me.
