Requested by: @kenz0088 . I really hope you like it and I'm sorry it took so long. I'm coming up on finals week in my classes and I'm super stressing out. Thank you for your patience :)

Today, it was turn to play the devious one in Cody and I's relationship. For the last couple of weeks, Cody and I have been playing pranks on each other and I was determined to win this time. Cody has always won our wars, but I think that I have to perfect prank to make sure he'll never prank me.

It was all meant in good fun of course, but sometimes he let the pranks get out of control and it would often lead to me getting pissed off and we'd scream and yell at each other. Like the one time he thought it would be funny to dump out all of my EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE makeup down the drain. He thought it was hilarious, however, he isn't the one paying $40 dollars for foundation. Afterwards he went out and replaced all my makeup but I was still mad at him.

I wanted this prank to be somewhat risky but not to where he's want to break up with me. After debating for around an hour and a half, I had settled on the hickey prank.

Basically what I was going to do is do effects makeup on my neck to make it look like I had a hickey on my neck, implying that some guy was in the house while Cody wasn't home and then take it from there. Then later tell him that it was a prank and just wipe it off with a makeup wipe. It was simple really, but in the back of my head I was low-key terrified for how Cody would react.

Cody had just left for work and told me that he'd be on set for almost the whole day so I shouldn't wait up for him if it got to be too late. I knew the hours that he would sometimes work if the director and producers had to meet a deadline, so I knew he wasn't cheating. That's just something you get used to when you start dating an actor. Most girls would hate it, but whenever I don't see Cody for a while, it makes seeing him 10x better.

After Cody had left for the day and I knew he had everything with him and wouldn't have to come back, I went about my day as normal. I did the dishes from last night, did laundry, and all the fun stuff.

After about 6 hours, I knew that Cody could possibly be coming home soon, so I made my way to our bathroom and began my mater plan. When I was done, it looked like I had a small, but noticeable, hickey on the side of my neck.

I was now sitting on the couch doing school work, I was studying to become an elementary school teacher, and I heard Cody pulling in the driveway. I made sure that I stayed calm and collected.

By The Way: a pro to dating an actor is you learn all the methods and stuff of hiding emotion and let me tell you, it definitely comes in handy with times like these.

I kept working on my school work while I heard Cody take off his shoes and start walking up the stairs.

"Hey babe, I'm home." he smiled, putting his bag down.

"Hey, how was work?" I asked.

"It was good..how was yo-what's that?" he asked, pointing at the side of my neck.

I acted like I didn't know what he was talking about.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Don't play stupid with me. Was there another guy in my fucking house today?" he asked. \

"No. Cody don't be stupid. I would never." I said.

"Then tell me how the hell there's a fucking hickey on your neck when I wasn't home at all with you today." he said, getting more and more angry.

"Cody, it isn't what you think..." I began. I was getting ready to tell him as I could already see him getting very angry and I didn't want to make it worse.

"No, it never is, is it? It's always the, 'it's not you, it's me' excuse and its bullshit! It's exactly what it looks like y/n! Why?" he asked.

"Cody I'm serious, it's not real." I said, grabbing my bag of makeup wipes.

"What do you mean it's not real, it looks pretty fucking real to me!" he yelled, stepping closer to me.

I raised my hand and wiped the makeup off my neck and showed that it was fake.

"Look, it's not real. It was a prank to get back at you for dumping all my makeup down the drain." I explained. When realization hit Cody, I thought he would just laugh it off and be fine, but I was oh, so wrong.

"Are you fucking joking right now? You thought it would be funny to play a prank on my worst fear?" he yelled.

"What's your worst fear?" I asked, honestly having no idea.

"Losing you to someone else..I can't believe you thought this would be funny." he said and walked into our bedroom, slamming the door behind him.

I followed him and knocked on the door.

"Cody, can you please unlock the door?" I asked. I heard the door click and I opened it, seeing Cody sitting on our bed with his head down.

I knelt in front of him and made him look at me.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I just wanted to get back at you. If I would have known I would've done something completely different. Okay? You aren't going to lose me to someone else, EVER. I love you too much to let someone else have you." I smiled. That made him smile too and hug me back.

"It's okay. Just, let's agree on no more pranks on each other." he said.

"Agreed." I smiled and we went about the rest of our night, cooking dinner and watching movies until we both fell asleep on the couch.
