*Theo's P.O.V*
"Scott, I really need this tutor. I'm gonna fail math if I don't get a tutor." I said, running a hand through my hair. "Well, why don't you ask Y/N. She's super smart and she's a great tutor. I went to her when I needed help." Scott said, looking at me. "Umm, in case you forgot, let me remind you that she hates me because of what happened between me and you. If I try to even look at her she yells at me." I said. "Then why don't you try being nice to her." Scott said, walking away.
I looked down the hall and saw her standing at her locker, putting books in her locker. I took a deep breath and walked towards her.
*Y/N's P.O.V*
I was putting things in my locker when I glanced up and saw Theo was walking towards me. I rolled my eyes and continued putting my things away. "Hey, can I ask you something?" Theo asked, leaning against the locker to my left. I looked down and rummaged through my bag. "What do you want Raeken?" I asked. I was always shy around him. I didn't like him, but I don't know, I couldn't look him in the eye. After what he did to my friends, I had a reason to dislike him. "Can you tutor me in math? If I don't find a tutor now, I'm gonna fail that class." He said. "And you asked me because?" I asked, moving my hair away from my face. "Because Scott recommended you and said that you helped him when he needed it." He said. "Because he didn't try to kill my friends. Unlike some people." I mumbled, putting my math book in my bag. "Can you just please help me? I really need it." He begged. "Fine. My place after school." I said, closing my locker and walking to my next class.
*Theo's P.O.V*
"Hey Theo, you going to the game after school?" Lydia asked. I shook my head no. "No, I'm studying with Y/N after school for a calculus test." I said, throwing my bag over my shoulder and heading to my truck. I drove to Y/N's house and she was outside on the front porch crying. "Y/N?" I asked, getting out of my truck with my bag. When she looked up, her eyes were red a puffy. "What happened?" I asked, sitting next to her. She scooted away from me. "Nothing, just stuff. I'm fine." She said, wiping her eyes. "Why are you crying if your fine?" I asked. "Theo, I'm fine. Can we please just go study now?" She asked, getting up and walking into her house. I followed and closed the door behind me. "What do you wanna start with?" She asked. "I want you to tell me what's wrong, please." I said, putting my bag in her couch. "Theo.." "No. I'm not taking no for an answer. Please, tell me what's wrong." I asked. I have always had a small crush on her, and seeing her like this only made me care more. This was my chance to get her to open up. I listened to her heart beat.
*Y/N's P.O.V*
"Theo, I'm fine. It doesn't matter to you." I said. I liked Theo. It was clear as day the he was listening to my heart beat. "Yes it does Y/N." he said, moving closer to me. "Theo I really don't wanna talk about it." I said. "I know you don't like me, but please. It's killing me inside right now to see you like this. I know you think I'm the bad guy because of what I did but I'm not. I wanna help you." He said, holding my hand. I looked up into his eyes and could see that he was telling the truth. I let out a sigh and took a deep breath. "I'd been talking to this guy for a couple months at Davenport and today he told me that he found someone better..."I said, feeling the lump rise in my throat and my eye begin to water. "Are you joking? Because you are literally perfect." Theo said. "Theo, I have way more issues then you think I do." I said. "I don't want you to go through them alone." He said. "Theo, these are problems that my own family doesn't even know about, okay? I am a 17 year old virgin who's barely even kissed anyone. I have zero self confidence and that's because I am never enough or good enough and I am pretty sure that my own family hates me. I may look normal on the outside but on the inside I am so fucked up mentally and emotionally." I said, finally collapsing into a puddle of tears. Theo just held me and didn't say a word.
When the crying finally stopped, I sniffles and wiped my eyes. "I am sorry, I just-no one has ever gotten me to talk about my feelings before.  I'm also sorry about your shirt, I got tears all over it." I said, wiping the wet spots in his shoulder. "Don't worry about it..." he said, cupping my cheek and wiping my tears. "Y/N, you deserve better. You are incredible and I wanna help you see that. So, will you go on a date with me?" He said. "As long as your being serious and don't abandon me-then yes." I smiled. "Have you really never kissed anyone?" He asked. I nodded, looking down.
"Then let me be your first.."he said, leaning towards me and placing his lips on mine.
