I'd gone with Stiles, Scott, Lydia, and Malia on a road trip for senior year. It was the summer before our final hoorah at high school and we were all feeling a little nostalgic. It was surreal that we would all be graduating soon, leaving for college, and finding new friends. I just hoped that we wouldn't drift apart. I never wanted to forget what we'd all done together, what we'd all been through, what we survived.
We decided to fly to the East Coast, Maine specifically. I'd rambled on and on about how beautiful it was in the summer and how I'd wanted to live there someday. Old Orchard Beach, Maine was where we decided on. I'd be there once and they all insisted that I be their tour guide for the trip, taking them to all the best places to eat, drink, etc.
"Hey! Are you ready?!" Lydia asked, lugging her suitcase to the car.
"Yeah! I am so excited to go. I haven't been to the East Coast in a while," I sighed, thinking about what I used to call home.
"Do you still have family out there?" She asked.
"Yeah. My grandparents. I talk to them as often as I can, but the last couple years have been rough, considering what we'd been dealing with," I laughed.
"Maybe you could go see them," she suggested. "we'd be happy to meet your family!"
"Yeah, but they live in Massachusetts, that's 4 hours south of Maine. I don't think we could make it work," I said.

She just shrugged and helped me load my suitcase, which was probably too heavy for only a weeks stay.

"Also, you should probably be warned, Theo decided to come after all," she said. I groaned in response.
"Oh come on, don't act like you hate the guy," she said.
"I don't have to act if it's true. He's intolerable to me. All he does is argue with me," I said, resting against the closed trunk of Lydia's car.
"Try to get along with him, at least for this trip." She smiled, resting a hand in my shoulder.
The boys road in Stiles' Jeep, while the girls road in Lydia's car.

At the airport, we gave our passes, boarded the plane, and took our seats. I smiled as I looked out the window and got ready for take off, ready to be back where everyday, we experienced all four seasons.

We landed and had finally arrived at our Air BNB that we'd rented. It was as beautiful as Lydia had made it sound.
"Wow," Stiles said, pulling out suitcases.
"Right," I said and looked around. The sun was high, but starting to lower as it was early evening when we landed.
We walked inside and we all gathered together.
"So, sleeping arrangements go like this. Stiles and I will be sharing a room, Scott and Malia sharing a room as well, which means..." Lydia trailed off glancing at me and Theo.
"No. Nope. I am not sharing a bed with him." I said.
"Well we don't exactly have a choice, do we?@ Theo snapped.
"Well, there is one thing. You can sleep on the couch," I said.
"No. You're both sleeping in that bed. Whether you like it or not," Lydia said. I groaned but nodded, making my way up to the room that was to be Theo and I's for the next week.

That night, I changed into a long sleeve shirt and a pair of shorts, throwing my hair in a messy bun, and laying in the bed. It was a queen size bed, but it was still not enough space between us to make it tolerable.
Theo came striding in from the bathroom, fresh out of the shower. His skin glistening and muscles flexing as he dried off his hair. I looked back to my phone and sighed.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"Why wouldn't I be?" I said, glancing at him. He wore a smirk on his face.
"I'm just asking," he said.
"Listen, I don't want to sleep next to you just as much as you don't want to sleep next to me."
"Agreed," he said.
"But can we try and get along for his trip? I don't wanna ruin it for them." I said. He nodded in  agreement.
We'd turn out the lights and laid in bed, our backs turned to each other, refusing to sleep as we would normally. I could feel the heat radiating from his body. We was shirtless, with only a pair of loosely hanging sweatpants on his hips. He shifted and I sucked in a sharp breath.
I could feel the tension in my bones. I wanted him. I wanted him so badly since I first met him but I was embarrassed by him telling me something about how I looked innocent, when I actually was. I was a virgin still, hadn't really had time to focus on normal teenage things when facing the dread doctors, and everything else that was throne our way.
He shifted again and I felt his hand brush up my leg, resting on my hip. Another sharp inhale passed my lips.
"This is just a dream," I muttered. His lips found the arch of my ear and he sighed, "if this was a dream, Y/N trust me, you and I both wouldn't have on this many clothes,".
