Regina lead Henry and I to the approaching school bus. This was one of the things I dreaded. Waking up early and going to somewhere where they try to put pointless information in your head. Don't get me wrong, we need some of the stuff we learn. Like writing, reading, basic math, and a little bit of science. But when am I ever going to need to know what types of clouds are in the sky in every day life? Am I going to need to know that for taxes? I don't recall that being an important factor in doing your taxes from what I knew about them. If I wanted to know then I would choose to learn about it.

Regina was smiling happily and I had a slight frown on my face. I turned to the older woman, "Is it too late to drop out of school?"

Regina rolled her eyes at me, "Stop being over-dramatic. You'll be fine." The school bus pulled up in front of us and Henry and I got on. We found a seat and sat down.

I laid my head on his shoulder and sighed, "Why do they make us wake up so early?" Henry laughed at my question. Even though, I was being perfectly serious about it. The bus had pulled up to school and we went to our first class which was Mary-Margaret's. I sat in my desk beside of Henry with my chin resting on my hand.

Henry poked me and I looked over at him, "You look bored."

"Really? Was it that obvious?" I asked, sarcastically.

"Haha, very funny," Henry said with a smile. "You know, you can be mean sometimes."

I nodded with a big smile, "Oh, I know," I thought back to Mystic Falls. I never had to go to school when I was there. We knew I wasn't going to be there long so I didn't enroll. Besides, it would raise too many question. "I liked it a lot better when I didn't have to go to school. I'd rather be out having an adventure."

"Me too." Henry agreed.

We focused on Mary-Margaret seeing her holding a beautiful bird. "Now who can tell me what the study of birds is called?" Mary-Margaret questioned the class. Henry's hand was the one that went up, "Henry." She called on him.

"Ornithology?" Henry said. He sounded a little unsure when he said this.

Mary-Margaret smiled and nodded in confirmation, "Very good."

Granny's was packed with people today. Some where talking about things that had been going on recently while others were laughing and joking with friends. I was with Regina and Henry near the back. Mother Superior was back and Regina wanted to ask her something. She had a blank book in her hand and was looking nervously as Blue. "Go on, mom. Ask." Henry encouraged her.
