[3rd POV]
AFTER ARIA WAS compelled to go to sleep, Charlotte, Damon, and Stefan go downstairs to interrogate the man. Charlotte had then left the guys downstairs, walking upstairs to call Bonnie. "Bonnie, some guy broke in and tried to get Aria... These people coming into town are coming for her, and she has to be able to leave the house or else she's going to get kidnapped or killed by these people. Take the spell off, right now...""Okay, I am. Just figure out what's with this girl and these people coming after her. And find out soon," Bonnie explained, hanging up the phone. Charlotte walked back downstairs as they began the interrogation. It was dark, with only an overhead light on. Yes, just like those weirdly comedic detective movies.
"Who sent you?" Stefan Salvatore, Bunny-Eater, Hero Hair, whatever you'd like to call him, started the very first question of the interrogation.
"The King," the man replied simply. It looked like he had no expression on his face, which made it hard to tell if he was lying or truthing.
"Who is the 'king'? Who are you?" Stefan asked once more, staring into his eyes.
"The name's Crow," Crow responded to them, completely ignoring the question about the king.
"Who is the king? We won't ask again," Damon Salvatore threatened, giving him a glare. Damon Salvatore was not a man to be messed with.
"Then don't because I'm not telling you," Crow spat back, his face in Damon's as much as it could be, seeing as he was tied up in the cellar.
"Why are you after Aria?" Charlotte started to ask, noticing that asking about the king was getting them absolutely nowhere. Besides, she had a plan.
"She possesses something very valuable to my king. They have a... connection," Crow explained, trying not to give too much away.
That's when Charlotte's plan came in, "What kind of 'connection'?" She had a knife to the man's throat. Charlotte was too kind and tender to actually murder this man with that knife, but it was enough to intimidate him.
"Fine, fine! A blood connection. He's her father! He wants her inner cheshire to come out," Crow explained, his neck laid back against the back of the chair as far as possible, the tip of the knife resting right on his skin. As soon as he spoke though, she moved it.
"Her father?" Charlotte confirmed, slipping the knife into her boot. She would do whatever it takes to keep people safe, especially humans like Aria. Especially kids.
"Yes, her father. He's the leader of my group. We call him the King. We take down royalty and we take over their lands. The king mentioned this place and gave us all magic beans. And... Well now we're here. And we aren't stopping till we get what we want," Crow explained in a low growl, "Then he told us what he wanted: a purple haired little girl. Said it was his daughter."
Damon glared menacingly at him, going to snap his neck and kill him. But Charlotte took his arm, stopping him from doing it. She gave him a gentle look, and he seemed to understand. Charlotte smiled at him, and she looked over at Crow. "Crow, forget about this group you have. Forget about what happened, and forget about us. Leave Mystic Falls, never come back. Your name is Jerry Borne and you lost all your memories after a car crash."
"Jerry" nodded, as they untied him. He immediately got up and walked out of the house, going on to love his new and improved life. "I don't know think you made the right choice," Damon said to her.
"Oh I know that I did, Damon. He's a victim of this King. They all are, haven't you realized?" Charlotte asked softly. "Now, if you will excuse me, I'm going to go make a vervain necklace for Aria," she said to them, speaking when Damon opened his mouth, "Yes, Damon. I'm doing it."
[HOURS LATER]
Charlotte had Bonnie make the vervain necklace for Aria, putting it on her while she slept peacefully in her bed. As soon as the necklace was on her, she awoke, holding the necklace. "What happened?" Aria asked, yawning."I think you should cone downstairs," Charlotte explained, taking her hand and helping her out of bed. The two girls walk downstairs to Damon and Stefan, since Bonnie had left after she gave Charlotte the necklace. Once there, they explained everything to Aria. Well... almost everything. I lied. They explained that the man was named Crow, and he worked for this man who wanted her. They explained about the man wanting her "inner cheshire" to come out. However, they left out one very important detail: The man is her father.
"The only people who know that should be the people in Storybrooke, or the Enchanted Forest," Aria explained. She then looked to all of them, "How did he even get here? I don't even know how I got here." Where was he from? The Enchanted Forest? Storybrooke? Has she met him, or even the so-called King?
Aria began to feel faint, before falling onto the ground. She became unconscious as everyone surrounded her, trying to wake her. They all looked to each other, but realized there wasn't anything they could do. Aria just wouldn't wake up. They saw little purple lines of energy. She was under a spell, or a curse either one. It was one from where she was from, not from a witch from around here.
[MEANWHILE]
The king was inside his hideout, smirking to himself. His spell had worked. Now, Aria would be reliving her memories. Memories that would make her inner cheshire cat come out. Memories that would make her want to be bad again, that would make her want to stand by his side as his daughter once again. The daughter he once knew as mischievous. The king was determined to get her back.
