"Good morning My Lord." Yoongi greeted. He bowed before taking his place across from Taehyung. The younger boy smiled and gave him a curt nod.
"Morning hyung." Taehyung placed his book on the coffee table before pouring Yoongi a cup of coffee. "Where did you go last night? You weren't in your living quarters."
"Went for a walk to clear my mind. I haven't been able to write recently." Yoongi answered. "Ran into an old friend and had a chat."
"It's nice you still have some time to yourself but don't forget the main objective of our stay here in the human side." Taehyung reminded. "How's the new blood?"
"I've asked Teng to bring him over in a couple." Yoongi said. He lit a cigarette as they waited for the two to arrive.
"You know you lose a year every time you smoke." Taehyung mumbled. Yoongi rolled his eyes at the younger's statement.
"That's why I feed to regenerate faster." Yoongi huffed. "I'm not weak like humans."
"I'm just saying you're pretty old after all." Taehyung chuckled. A knock on the door caught their attention. "Come in."
Teng walked in holding a chain. Another person followed after him. The person wore a straight jacket and was shackled. He had a mask on that restricted him from opening his mouth. Taehyung raised a brow at how secure the new blood was.
"Why is he like that? Didn't I tell you to treat him with care?" Taehyung said. "Unchain him."
Teng hesitantly removed the restraints. The new blood stretched and relieved his aching muscles. He narrowed his eyes at Teng who shrunk away.
"Hyung, he's had upgrades too right?" Taehyung asked amazed. He approached the new blood and smiled.
"From what I know they made sure he would forget his past." Yoongi answered. He let out one last puff before putting his cigarette out. "He should follow your orders without a second thought."
"Really now?" Taehyung blinked in surprise. He thought for a bit, a playful smirk on his face. "Kill Teng."
"What the fu—"
Teng's head flew high in the air, blood gushing out from his neck. His body slowly started to disintegrate and left only his bloodstains on the wall and on the new blood's clothes.
"He's better than I thought." Taehyung whistled. He felt excited as he could finally take the next step in his plan. "I want you to kill someone."
Yoongi watched the younger boy walk towards his desk and pull out a picture of Jungkook and Aera. He placed it on the coffee table for the two to see.
"Make sure that he sees her die. I know how you like your prey." Taehyung instructed. "I'll have things prepared for you for your journey. Go back to your living quarters."
The new blood did as commanded and left the room, not forgetting to take the picture. Taehyung sat back down and got his book. He noticed Yoongi's hard stare and raised a brow at him.
"Is this really necessary?" Yoongi spoke up. "To kill her? To cause a war and end an existence?"
A knife flew past Yoongi's face, cutting him deeply. He touched the wound, shocked that he didn't see it coming at him.
"Don't tell me you're wavering from the plan Hyung." Taehyung's stern voice scared Yoongi. "You were the one who reminded me of my goal. I can't go back now."
"You can still patch things with your bro—"
"He's not my brother! He's only a tool to me." Taehyung growled. "Once I'm done with him I'm going to kill him with my bare hands."
