Shadow's PoV
(y/n) and I had been looking at the stars, pointing out various constalations, and enjoying eachother's company.
Her (f/c) hair shone in the pale moonlight, which made her loook amazing.
She laid her head on my chest.
"I hope Vio's Okay." She said quietly.
"yeah..." i agreed. "he should have met us here tonight."
"Maybe he's caught up in something."
"that's gotta be it."
I saw a glimmer of worry in her eyes and i heard her think, 'I'll never forgive myself if something bad happened to Vio.'
"Hey, hey. don't think like that, (Y/n)."
She rolled her eyes. oops. Did it again.
"You're right, though, Shadow."
"Yeah... He's fine."
She leaned over and kissed me unexpectdedly.
Once we broke apart, she sighed.
"He should be here by now. He's NEVER late."
"It's only been, what 15 minuites."
"you're right, i'm worrying too much. Sorry."
"no... It's fine..."
and just as i said it, there was a flash of green and red, a few yards away from where we where sitting.
it was a tall, green- clad figure with ripped up clothes and almost grey skin, holding a smaller, purple clad person in his arms... his cut,, gnaled fingers holding tightly to him.
"V-VIO!!!" (y/n) Screamed.
"B-BEN!!!" I yelled.
Ben laid Vio down gently, and I got a look at him.
a large burn ran from his right ear to his collar bone and there were various burn marks on his clothes.
"Why did you do this?" I turned to face Ben, anger welling up inside me. I grabbed him by his collar. "TALK, DAMMIT!!!" i was trembling in anger
"Shadow! Calm down. It was an accident. He- I-..." he trailed off. Vio then moaned in pain, and the only thing keeping me from punchin the dammed zombie in his ugly face, was (y/n).
"SHADOW!" she yelled. I looked up. "shadow... Stop... please... Let him speak, and if i think it's a load of bull after, you can feel free to throtle him, okay?"
i let go of ben's collar. "Okay."
"First, I'll Heal Vio, kay?"
"N-no!" Ben yelled as i began to sing the song of healing, bet there was something wierd about it... it sounded... backward...
"WHAT?!?!" Shadow's eyes turned red again. "so you DO want Vio to die!"
"n-no! She can't sing that song around me... It always comes out backwards and the effect is the opisite. HE'LL DIE IF YOU TRY TO USE THE SONG OF HEALING WHEN I'M HERE!!! it's known as the song of unhealing..."
Crap... Vio's going to either be in entense pain, or i get an explanation from Ben... What do i do?
