Twenty Four

Alice reached the Pawn Shop and when she entered the door, everything looked in place. She slowly pulled her sword out as she walked towards the back room.

As she got closer she heard slight movement. Her heart began to pound but without a second thought she leaped behind the curtain, sword raised.

She let out a sigh of relief when she saw Gold and Doc tied up together, cloth tied around their mouths. She quickly untied Gold who let out a deep breath once he removed the rag from his mouth.

"You cannot go to your Father."

"Why can't I?" Alice asked as she untied Doc.

"It's a trap."

"I don't care. He has my Father and I will not let him die. I will not lose anyone today."

"But you'd let everyone lose you today? Is that it?" Gold said anger in voice. "I lost Belle. I will not lose you. Everyone here has shown me forgiveness and made me feel like I have a family. I'm no longer the villian everyone fears. You are my family. I consider you a niece and I will not let you go and get yourself killed. Hook, he'll be fine. He's a survivor. He's said it enough times now."

Alice stood up and put her sword back in its sheath. "Well I don't care. Survivor or not. Family or not. It's now my job to protect everyone here...And if I get myself killed then so be it. I just gotta save my family."

Gold sighed and stood up slowly. "He's in the mines."

Alice gave Gold a small smile. "Thank you."

Before Gold or Doc could say another word, Alice took off running out of the shop. She headed straight for the mines and when she arrived, she felt the change in the energy around the place. She knew something bad was here. Wish Realm Rumple was here.

She slowly entered the mines, watching out for any traps but there was none.

She soon entered the main cave and her eyes landed on her Father who was tied up in the middle. His head hung low.

"Dad!"

Killian lifted his head up, a huge smile crossed his face. "Starfish."

She walked towards him but she was soon blasted back.

"Not so close Dearie."

She groggily stood on her knees as she looked around.

"Show yourself. You coward."

"Well, seeing as you asked so nicely." He made himself appear in front of Alice. "Hello." He laughed.

He helped Alice to her feet who wobbled slightly but managed to keep her balance.

"You like deals. Lets make on."

"Go on."

"First, why are you doing this?"

"Why it's revenge of course. Revenge on those who locked me away to rot and to show my counterpart all the fun he's missing."

"Well leave them alone! These aren't the same people!"

"I'm not stupid Dearie...It's just...Someone has to pay."

"Then I will pay the price. That brings me to the deal. You kill me and you leave this Realm. You leave the people in this town alone."

"ALICE NO!" Killian shouted as he desperatly tried to escape.

Rumple grinned an evil grin and nodded his head. "Deal accepted."

"Great." Alice smiled before quickly pulling her sword out and striking Rumple across the face. "But you gotta fight me for it. A fair fight. Now spells, just swords."
