The Next Morning

Wynonna sat on the edge of her bed, thinking about what happend the previous night...Maybe she had just dreamed it all, she hadn't been sleeping well since Waverly and added on with the stress of Alice, she might as well not even try to sleep.

She turned her head slightly, confused that Doc wasn't beside her.

"You finally managed to get some shut eye. I didn't want to disturb you."

She turned her head to look at the door, Doc walked in tray in his hands.

"What's this?" She asked confused.

"I believe its Breakfast in bed." Doc laughed as he placed the tray on the bed.

"I'm not hungry."

"Wynonna, it's bad enough you're not sleeping but you gotta eat."

"How can I eat when my daughter is in constant danger?" She snapped.

"Our daughter." Doc said sternly as he crouched down. "She'll be okay. She has Bobo and Margot watching out for her. Aswell as the other folk around here."

Wynonna sighed and cupped the right side of Doc's face. "Do I keep you up?"

"I can't sleep anyway, knowing you're not sleeping and there's not a damn thing I can do about it."

"I'm sorry."

"Don't be sorry darlin'. It ain't your fault."

Wynonna pecked Doc's cheek, a small smile crept on to her face until she saw a figure walking past their bedroom.

"What the holy macaroni...WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" She shouted as she stood up.

Doc stood up too, he noticed the blonde haired girl and dragged a hand down his face.

"Uh...Morning Ms Earp....Mr Holliday..."

"Margot." Doc shook his head. "It ain't the time for formality. What are you doing here?"

Margot shifted nervously on her feet. "I...I...Uh..."

"She stayed the night." Alice said as she walked towards Margot.

"SHE DID WHAT?!"

"We didn't sleep together." Margot said quickly.

"You better not have." Wynonna warned.

"No we didn't. Alice needed me. She was scared because she a man covered in green scales was watching her."

"Margot." Alice hissed, elbowing the revenent in the ribs.

Wynonna's facial expression softened as she walked closer to her daughter. "You saw him too?"

"You saw him?" Alice asked in surprise.

"I did." Wynonna nodded. "He said if I didn't do exactly what he said then..." She glanced towards Doc. "Bad things would happen."

Alice's heart began to beat rapidly. "He said the same thing to me..."
