Chapter 28: Gamerland Activated

Sky's POV
So, we immediately began packing our backpacks to the brim, in case Shaina was nearly home. We couldn't tell her where we had went: we couldn't involve her in this. After hiding the backpacks in my aisle, us three changed into matching onesies. I was Pikachu, Lulu was a unicorn & Gumball was a puppy. Shaina still wasn't back yet. I wanted to look for her but I knew we had to get Rose.

Gumball led us to the portal, where she beckoned for something sharp. I jumped up and grabbed a pair of sunglasses, throwing them to Gum. She caught the glasses, and used the edges to scrape against the door.
"Oh no!" Gumball cried.
"What?" Me and Lulu asked.
'The glasses - they're jammed into the door!"
I stepped forward, narrowing my brows, "Let me try!"
She moved out of the way, and watched. I held onto my sunglasses and tugged, twisting until the glasses came loose. The door opened.

I looked backwards and Gumball and Lulu.
"One second, before we go in..." Gumball outstretched her arms, latching hands with Lulu and me, "If anything happens, know I'll love you guys forever!"
"Forever and always!" Lulu exclaimed.
I smiled, "To infinity and beyond."
"Now, let's go in there and do what we need to do!"
One after one we jump into the blue, electrifying portal.

We landed with a heavy thud. Straight into piles of soggy mud. Rain was pelting, pouring all over us. I stood up, immediately wiping the pasty mud off of my face. Lulu got up, flicking her hair back. She looked up at me and I looked up at her.
We both screamed.

"AHHH!"

"WHO ARE YOU?!" Lulu screamed, running away.
She slipped in the mud, but continued to crawl.
"IT'S ME SKY! I PROMISE! YOU LOOK DIFFERENT TOO! LOOK AT YOUR OUTFIT!" I shouted, chasing up to her.

Lulu looked down at her pants, and screamed.
"Stop screaming! Please! I assure you - I am Sky!" I cried.
Lulu smeared mud on her face, accidentally, but then looked down, "If you're really Sky...where did we ALL first meet?"
I smiled, "Lea's birthday. We were loners. Until you approached me!"

Lulu looked up, and smiled, "You really are Sky!"
She ran up to me, and gave me a hug, "Wait a second- where's Gum-"
Suddenly, I felt a prod in my back. I turned around to see a bright-colour-haired girl.
"It's me, Gumball. I can prove this because look!"
The girl was holding a baby dragon, JEWELS! A few backpacks were slung around her shoulders.
"GUMBALL!" Me and Lulu screamed in unison, hugging her.

"Uh, Lou?" I asked, tapping her gently, "You kind of have two tattoos...on your face!"
"WHAT?!" Lulu screamed, "WHAT IS IT?!"
"It says what ever. It looks so good, but why the face?" Gumball asked, grabbing Lulu's face, prodding at it.
Lulu sighed, "I don't know, do I? Why do you have purple & pink hair?!"
Gumball gasped, and pulled a piece of her hair to her face, "I DO?!"
"Sky, you have blue hair!" Lulu exclaimed, tugging at my hair.
"OW!" I cried, hitting at her hand away, "That hurt!"

"Wait!" Lulu gasped.
"What?!"
"I thought I lost my phone! Luckily, it was in my pocket, phew!" Lulu said, relieved, "Squad photo!"

Suddenly, I felt my face being grabbed and covered. I kicked and fought, but eventually gave up.

I had been taken hostage.
