Chapter 19: Taken

Rose's POV
I had finished packing my backpack. I packed a torch, batteries and a nerf laser gun. Lulu had gone to the extreme to pack a frying pan.
"We all set?" Sky asked.
"I think so," Gum replied, swinging the backpack around her shoulders.
"Let's go," Lulu said, "I'll lead the way."

We were close to the closet. My nerves were up. I was shaking. Something bad was going to happen. I could feel it.

"We're here." Lulu said, "One second. Before we go in, I want you guys to know that I will fight if I need to. I have a feeling something's not right."
I didn't want to confess about my gut instinct. I was already nervous. Lulu put her hand in mid air. I put my hand on hers, followed by Sky and eventually by Gumball.
"Best friends!" Lou hissed.
"BEST FRIENDS!" We shouted.

We walked in, strong as ever.

I closed the door behind us, and then flicked on my torch. We deliberately turned the lights off, even though I disliked the idea of being in the dark. Suddenly, a scuttering sound came from the first row: Sky's row.
"What's that?" Gumball whispered, shining her torch, walking closer to the sound, "Come on."
"Everyone shine your torches!" Sky hissed.
I immediately shone my light in Sky's aisle. All of a sudden, I noticed that there was...

"A goblin!" I cried.
I screamed, whilst Sky and Gum's jaw dropped to the floor. Jewels jumped out off my pocket, heading towards the goblin.
"JEWELS!" I screamed, running after him.
"I'm coming!" Lulu shouted from the other aisle.

Out of the blue, I felt something. Something was pulling on my leg. Some things. Before I knew it, I was being dragged by several goblins!

Gum and Sky ran to me, pulling me back and stomping, screaming "HELP!"
Lulu managed to get here in time.

I screamed my lungs out, kicking. Suddenly, Sky was kicked in her stomach, crashing into the side table.
"Sky!" Lulu screamed, rushing to her, shaking her gently.
"HELP!" I screamed, "PLEASE SOMEONE!"
"I'M TRYINGG!" Gumball shouted, grabbing an umbrella.
Repeatedly, she jabbed at the goblins, hitting and swerving.
All of a sudden, she got hit in her face, scratched all down her cheek.
"OW!" She screamed, falling.
"HELP! LOU! PLEASE!" I screamed, crying.
I was one step away from being taken away.

Lulu stood up and ran to me.
She pulled out her pan and smacked the living hell out of the goblins.
"GET..AWAY..FROM..MY..BEST...FRIE- OW!" She cried, toppling over.
Slowly, Lulu got back up with Gumball, and they began fighting.
I kicked and kicked, biting.

Before I knew it, I was taken away with Jewels. Into one big portal.
