*Rita’s POV*
I had just finished putting the beanie Maddie had picked out for me when I heard a knock on the door. I suddenly felt hot and nervous, but made my way to the door calmly (at least I tried). Mike was waiting, dressed completely in black, looking as hot as ever. I fanned myself playfully with my hand and he chuckled.
«You look hot.» He said, pulling me into a hug.
«Not looking to bad yourself, Clifford.» I answered, squeezing him back.
«Ready to go?» He said, taking my hand. I nodded, and we made our way to the lifts.
«Where are we going?» I asked, looking up at him.
«Honnestly? I don’t know. We have over an hour and a half, so I thought we could walk around London a bit.» He said.
«Sounds good to me.» I answered. We walked into the lift and went down to the lobby.
When we got out, Maddie and Luke were talking on one of the couches, and Mike walked over to Luke and whispered something in his ear. I looked at Maddie quizically, she just shrugged : she looked as confused as I felt. Luke nodded and handed Michael a beanie, and he put it on messily. I looked at him, but he just shrugged, took my hand and led me out of the hotel. Well that was weird. We walked quickly down the street and turned so we were in a dark alley, and he slowed down. This was scaring me.
«Michael, what’s going on?» I said, letting go of his hand, and backing away a little.
«Babe, no, don’t worry, nothing’s wrong.» He told me.
«Tell me!» I insisted, he was acting weird.
«You’re going to find this so stupid!» He said, and it was getting on my nerves.
«Of course not! Please, tell me, I’m worried!» I pleaded.
«Fine! Listen, Rita.» He pulled me closer and linked both our hands together.
*Michael’s POV*
I pulled her closer so that she would trust me more. God, I was about to ruin my chances with her.
«I really like you.» I started, and she just stood there, eyes wide open. «Fans know we’re here, and I don’t want to be chased around when I just want to spend time here with you.» I said, leaning down a bit, so that our faces were closer. Her eyes lit up in realisation, and for a moment I thought she was going to be mad.
«Oh, so that’s why you wore the beanie? To hide your not so discret blue hair?» She chuckled.
«Yes, that’s why.» I said, laughing.
«Listen Mikey.» I shivered at the nickname. «It’s fine. We’ll just speed over to somewhere were you won’t get recognised, and it’ll be fine. Most of the fans are outside the hotel anyway.» She pulled me into a hug. Thank god she was understanding. I nodded and we walked out of the alley. I put my sunglasses on, and tried to walk normally. A couple girls were walking past and I froze as I heard ‘Calum’. I knew they were fans, so I ducked my head down, and kept walking, Rita chuckling next to me. We managed to make our way to a deserted park, without getting recognised.
*Rita’s POV*
We arrived in a small cozy park, with lots of trees all around, a picnic table, and a couple benches. It was getting darker outside, and some lights were shining through the trees. It was really cute.
«It’s really nice here.» I told Mike, as we went to sit on the bench.
«I thought you’d like it.» He said, pulling me down next to him.
