*Maddie’s POV*
We arrived at the hotel soon enough. We were all half-asleep, and only wanted one thing : curl up into bed and sleep. But little did I know, that wasn’t happening any time soon.
The hotel was crowded with fans, once again, and I felt like crying when I saw them. Never, ever did the boys get a bit of privacy.
«I feel so bad for you guys.» I told the boys. They all shrugged, and nodded.
«Well, it’s part of our job now.» Calum answered.
«Do you want to go around and not go through the fans?» Max asked. The boys all awkwardly nodded, knowing it’s a bit mean to ignore the fans, but we were all just so tired...
We drove past the hotel, and took a sharp turn right. The black SUV didn’t go unnoticed, and girls were running after it. I moaned and rubbed my temples, I had a very bad headache. We went through gates that closed right behind the SUV, stopping the girls from following it. The car stopped in front of a back entrance, and we all hopped out, grabbing our suitcases.
«This way.» Max said, leading the way inside. We arrived in a corridor. We walked through it and arrived in the lobby, where there weren’t many people thankfully. The hotel was modern and huge! It was painted in black white and red, three of my favourite colours. There were 5 sets of 3 couches and a table, which made sure there was always room for people. We all walked to the front desk and checked in.
«Okay. Luke, Calum, you two will be sharing a room. Michael, Ashton, you’ll be next door. And you three girls will be just across the hall. I’ll be on the floor beneath you.» Max told us, handing out the keys. We all nodded and made our way to the lifts.
«Try to be nice to Reese.» Ash whispered in my ear as we were waiting for the lift to come.
«Obviously.» I muttered. He rolled his eyes but didn’t say anything. We all suffled into the huge lift, and I glanced at myself in the mirror. My hair was a mess, my mascara had smudged, and my face was all shiny. I sighed and looked away. We got to the 5th floor, and we all headed to our rooms, without a word. Rita opened the door, because she had the keys. She stepped in first, I let Reese go in front of me, and I walked in last. As expected, the room was huge and modern. Litteraly. Huge. There were 3 double beds, each having a bed side table next to them. There were two on one side and the last one was against the opposite wall. The walls were white, except one little bit that was a deep vibrant red. A big green plant was in a corner, and a massive flat screen TV was hung on the wall. We all looked in awe, as we dropped our luggage on the bed.
«Wow.» Reese said.
«I know, right?» I said, absentmindedly. I walked over to the bathroom. There was a huge bathtub that had jets inside. There was also shower which was also huge. It took up all the length of the room, and had a glass window on half of the length, and then it was open. The toilet was behind a wall, on the opposite of the bath. I couldn’t believe my eyes. The girls stared in awe also, as I walked back down and plopped down on what I decided would be my bed. There was a knock on the door, and I couldn’t be bothered to open, so I ask Rita to go.
«Hey, are you all settled in?» I heard Mikey’s voice. I looked over and smiled at him.
«Yep, this place is epic!» I said, rolling to my side, supporting my head on my hand.
«Fuck yeah!» Rita said and laughed. Reese didn’t say anything, she was just sitting on her bed, not looking at anyone. I pitied her a little bit. She only hung out with Luke for what I noticed, and was completely lost without him.
«Wanna go out before tonight?» I heard Mikey ask Rita, whose back was facing me. I laughed at how awkward she was being. She answered about thirty seconds later, and I could see Mike was getting worried.
